Ordered milkshakes and they were complete liquid. We never take things back but $37 for 5 medium milkshakes that didn't have any ice cream in it, we turned around and went back. I've visited this location from time to time. It's better than it was, but as it's Carl's Jr, it's expensive. Contrast this to the price at The Habit and you might as well eat at Carl's Jr. because they have variety. People at this location are friendly and the dining room is clean. The Double Jalapeño burger and California Classic burgers are inexpensive, as is the Large Hamburger. These are the way to avoid $14 bills. I've been here a few times in the last couple of weeks and they've done a decent job but the burgers are a little bit sloppy and need some fixing at the table. Just passing through so I hit the drive thru for a quick bite. I ordered the large famous star combo with cheese and crisscut fries. Total was just under $15. I pulled up to the window, paid, and got my food pretty quick. Unfortunately, they gave me regular fries instead of the crisscuts I ordered so I had to wait while they fixed that. Just a few minutes extra, which in a drive thru for some strange reason feels like an eternity. Anyways once I had all my food everything tasted good. No complaints there. Carl's Jr. is not the same it used to be before 2017! Wow, I really miss their famous star flavor and their old fries. This was my favorite fast food restaurant in my teen years! I've tried a few times a famous star from this location and I absolutely hated it. The meat was not charbroiled at all, was very undercooked, and it had no flavor. The only good thing from their menu are their chicken stars. They were even more delicious a few years ago when they offered their old bbq sauce. So unhappy with the change of their bbq sauce to a super processed, sweet, fake-tasting bbq sauce. Workers give you that look when you ask for their special bbq sauce from the back (the one used on their Western Bacon Burgers) not sure why, is more work for them? Maybe? But they are very stingy with it. How I wish Carls Jr. would bring their old flavor back & the "if it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face" times when their burgers were big, juicy, crunchy, with higher quality ingredients and they were actually delicious! Ordered food from DoorDash, the delivery person was super but the food and discussion with a manager named Cory was terrible. When I asked her for the corporate number, she hung up on me, when I called back, she gave me the wrong number, when I called a third time I had to ask her to repeat the number back several times, finally went with the last number. The corporate person answered the phone and was very apologetic for the service. Even though he asked me to come by and pick up a sandwich at anytime, I told him that that was not the reason why I called, to get something free. The DoorDash person came back to being me the correct sandwich. I knew he wasn't responsible but I tipped him again for something the restaurant caused, so $45.00 later, were eating semi-cold sandwiches that required the use of a microwave. Dio was there the other night... extremely long wait... got my food (ordered the same thing once before at the other one in town). Even asked the cashier which meat she'd choose so i hopefully wouldn't get sick (don't normally eat nor trust ordering steak or chicken at fast-food locations. I went in today after a hard day at work and after my visit I was 100% better! The atmosphere was so joyful and the place was clean and air conditioned unlike most places I've been to. I ordered a burrito from the green burrito menu and it was so delicious I think it was the best thing I've ever had at a fast food restaurant I'd definitely recommend this place to all my friend and family it was also very fast and efficient I'm definitely gonna be coming back!!!!! read more

I've been coming here since they opened in 2008 or 09 and though I don't go often, I'd say this Carls Jr is one of the best fast food restaurants. Ever since they opened, it has always been extremely clean every time I've been there. The workers are always helpful and efficient, and you never have to wait too long for your food. I've been through the drive-thru a couple times and it was also pretty quick (though I've driven by and have seen they get very busy). Over all, if you want to go to a Carls Jr, I would definitely recommend this one as being the best in the area. read more
