This facility was an awkward one to find not only was it awkward, but you ordered through a window, which is right off of the sidewalk. They were only serving pork sandwiches that day for a fundraiser because apparently they are not open on Saturdays the facility through the window did not look clean so I cannot say I tried there food you had to sit outside in this little courtyard which is shared with another store very tiny eating sitting for customers. read more

Ordered the Philly sandwich and sweet potato fries ($14). The Philly was way better than I anticipated, and the portion for both the sandwich and fries were more than enough. Both were delicious, and they included two cups of ranch which tasted like they were made in house. I called in my order and picked up. They have a walk up window to order/pick up and they have a cute outdoor patio area you can eat at. They were very quick with the order and friendly as well. I have driven past this deli so many times over the last 8 years and just never made it in. Finally my husband and I went! We both thought it was a sandwich place similar to Togos or Mr pickles but when we got there the menu had wraps, salads, burgers and fish and chips. At first we were slightly disappointed, my husband loves sandwiches and that's what we had in our minds when we pulled up. After debating to leave or stay we decided to stay. I chose the fish and chips and he chose the jalapeño burger. We got them to go, we had HUGE portions of fries. Mine were wedges, his were shoestring. Both of them flavorful and mine were crispy which I love. I also had a heaping portion of two fish fillets equally crispy and delightfully breaded. Crazy how prices are going up at fast food spots. Not saying this place is expensive or cheap but the amount of food, quality and kind workers makes this spot hands down best place to get Burger. This is the second visit I have made to this place. It just opened a few days ago. And I have to say the following: Its delicious. Manteca needs a little cute place like this that is just down to earth wholesome. No frills, No fuss. Each order is freshly prepared. No giant bells and whistles just simple GOOD food and service with a smile. This little walk up burger/deli shop off of Yosemite is near the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and just a skip away from Kellys Brewery. The counter is absolutely clean! No flies. Clean garbage cans. Clean looking people at the counter. I love their black outfits. Looks like they really care about the reputation of their business! On my first visit I tried the Turkey Deli Sandwich on wheat. It came with a nice portioned scoop of pasta salad ( I choose the potato salad) ...... delizioso!! It almost tasted homemade! I must ask next time and compliment them on it! The sandwich was stacked generously with thin sliced turkey. Fresh veggies. Perfect amount of mayo. Great crunchy tomato. Everything just tasted nice and fresh. Bread was fresh. I will definately come again and try another sandwich.... And try the pasta salad. There are no seats. Its a order and go type of place. I like that. Eat it in the car! There are a few benches you can take your food to enjoy. I think its smart. Keeps their costs down. Plus relieves the mess of people that are sloppy eaters and leave messy tables! My second visit I decided to order the Hamburger. I had them add some Jack cheese. The price was 4.95 (plus 50 cents for the cheese) and that came with fries!!!! Good deal. I am already smiling. My order came quickly. I inspected my order in the car. Fries delicious. Crunchy and not greasy. Perfect... my poor fries didn't survive the trip back to the office---they were eaten by the handfuls while I was driving! The burger was big--I am not sure what type of brad that is...maybe an Onion Roll??? A little to much bread for little petite me--but it was good. I might have to add a little extra mayo on it next time... the burger is the perfect size for my husband..its a MANS burger..hahahaaa. Overall I found this place VERY reasonably price! And for this economic turmoil we are facing..every penny saved counts! This place is a simple and clean little place that I hope will succeed in this town. The prices show the savings of having a simple menu and simple place to eat. We don't need a sit down restaurant with fancy smelling soaps in the bathroom...we end up paying for it in the bill at the end of the meal.
