When she tried to call the number on the receipt, it was a number no longer in service. When she dialed the number on Yelp, she got a recording that HANGED UP ON HER! Ridiculous. What could improve? Let's start off by saying that this is Carl's Jr. so you know what you are getting when it comes to the food. It's the same burgers etc. that you get at all the other locations. I have no issues with the food here either. This is where they get the 1 Star. The service is where the get 0 Stars. I use the drive thru because it is convenient. 1. When you roll up to the order board you get a pre-recorded message asking if you want to try "X" today. I'm sorry, but that is just lazy. Because it happens the moment you get to the board. I may or may not know what I want yet and would like a moment to look at the menu. 2. After you complete your order they tell you to pull to the window, while the mumble out some message about an app or something. 3. When I get to the window, whether I'm the only car in the drive or not, they always ask me to pull around to the front door where they will bring me my order. JUST STOP.............. WE ALL KNOW YOU ARE DOING THIS TO LOWER YOU DRIVE THRU PROCESSING TIMES. How is the ambiance you ask? Then they served someone else who was parked after. The customer service is the worst and they do not care about the customers at all. Something needs to happen here. I came here last Saturday night after a race at Glen Helen Raceway. When at the drive threw the guy took for ever because he could not seem to remember the order, which was a super star number 2 with a large fry and a strawberry lemonade citrus refresher. After I ordered I waited for about 10 MINUTES for my order to be made. I thought this was odd because I was at a fast food joint and the food is supposed to be made fast. When I got my food you could see through the window that the workers making the food were using their Bare Hands WITHOUT ANY GLOVES. I just hope that there hands were clean. when I finally got back to the track to my surprise almost everything was really good. The burger was huge and the citrus refresher was quite refreshing. The only problem was the fries. They were balled up and stuck together. I could barely get them out of the box. They were also quite cold so I threw them in the garbage. For a fast food restaurant this place definitely needs some work on there fries. If I ever come back here again I hope for a better experience. read more
