I ordered a chicken California, ultimate fries and a watermelon strawberry lemonade. To be honest the chicken on the sub was a bit dry,the fries are a big portion but they were delicious. The drink was also very good it wasn't too sweet or too sour there are some lemonades that taste concentrated and this was not. Overall the fries and the drink were my favorite. read more

Our first time eating there, will never eat there. The fries were Tastless, like re-warmed fries, maybe they were previously frozen no salt, had to look for the steak!! Tonight I craved Charley's and decided to order online and do a curbside pickup. I ordered online and it said it would be ready by 8:44pm so I headed over and got there at around 8:50 since I live nearby. Once I got there I parked in the curbside parking and pressed the I'm here button and it told me my order would be out shortly. I waited for about 16 min and nobody brought my food out to my car... there would be some ppl walk in and pick it up but I wasn't even acknowledged and the two ladies working didn't even bother coming out when they looked up to my car and such. After about five ppl picking up there orders inside I myself went inside and picked up my food . I walked in and said "I'm not sure if I was supposed to come inside to pick up my curbside pickup but I've been waiting for a while and it says my food would be ready at 8:44 it's already 9:10.. and one of the girls working said "oh.. um.. " and not anything else I was confused but if it's curbside pickup I'd assume they brought it to my car especially if it asked for a description of it when I ordered?! She then got my bag of food which was clearly sitting on the stand and gave it to me. I just grabbed my food and said thanks but then I got home and was ready to eat my food was cold. Fries cold, and cheesesteak cold and hard as well.. wasn't happy but I just suggest workers to consider cars in curbside as well especially if the store didn't seem busy. read more

I wouldn't recommend going in the drive thru because they will park every car that comes thru.. the parking lot is small and there's so parking. Food is so good here! Customer service is awesome!! The only thing that needs to change is the owner needs to fix the air conditioner. It is summer time and it is hot! This please seems not to get things right. They opened not to long ago and since the beginning the inconsistency is always their main ingredient. Their portions are alway off, some days you get your fries in the same box with your sandwich, other time in a tiny paper cup and other time in a sandwich box. Go figure! Got home and the wings were burned, so hard the skin had stocked to the bones, and the person working that night knew they burned them. So I asked for a refund instead.she then asked if I only wanted to return the wings cus I left the fries and drink in the car, so I went to the car for the fries for her to throw them away I said I can go get the drink to but she insisted to refund just the wings and fries. Finally got to eat here I asked for cheddar cheese on my California chicken. They put provolone and I can't stand that cheese!
