Add-on was helping with taking water there and recommending chemicals in between. Kevin was here Tuesday and cleaned and checked chemicals (??!??) I told him I needed salt. I had seen the salt chlorinator had a red light and said 'check salt' still after he left I took the water to add-on. They told me I need 240 lb's of salt, chlorine, phos-free and many other chemicals. I immediately texted Kevin the results because he was 'on his way'. They called me with my water test results moments later, and asked if I needed anything I ordered some shock, chlorine tabs, and a few other chemicals, along with a thermometer, they even asked me what type I wanted. I paid over the phone they said it would be ready at 3:45 I arrived and a gentleman in a mask brought it out and put it in my car.
