I've been having trouble keeping up with the upkeep of my hot tub for ages. After staying on top of…read moreit for a while, I'd eventually get lazy and end up having to drain my green pond and refill it, which would take hours of my life. I heard about Michael and his crew from a friend and was hesitant to take the plunge to have someone manage the whole thing but am I glad I did! Michael and his guys are knowledgeable, transparent, attentive and most of all: professional! They fielded all my questions in a respectful and friendly manner, broke down what every part of the service they'd be providing and have been on top of it since I've started working with them. Wish I had found them sooner!

Not Good! Hired Sal to put in the pool January 2021. He said he'd start in the Spring. We live…read morein PA and he is out of NJ but he said he'd definitely be able to come out here. Come Spring, we are ready to start, and he then tells us that we need to find an excavator even though it was in his contract to provide that service. So we were delayed, but found a great excavator. Then we have delays due to Covid and not being able to get materials. That was understandable. He finally starts and everything went well. Its now late fall and we need to stop for the winter. He closed up the pool. Come Spring 2022, we get the electrician to hook up all the systems and we call Sal to come and open the pool. This was about 3 weeks ago. He initially answered and said he would do it. Then he never called back with a date. We kept calling and it would go to voicemail but the box was full. This happened numerous times. We tried from a different number one morning and he picked up. He complained that he had other work he was doing and it was too far for him to come out and open the pool and set it up to make sure all was well. He said he would call back and let us know that he would be here at the end of the week. He hasn't. And, his phone goes right to voicemail which is full. We have texted him and no response. In his contract he says one opening and one closing is included. We also are due chemicals and instructions on how to run the system. The work needing to be finished should only take no more than an hour. Sadly I doubt he will take care of this. If, by chance he does, I will leave a follow up review. My advise to anyone using Sal for a pool installation is beware. You may be left in a lurch and you may have to pick up many pieces. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Edited to update: Well, due to more miscommunication from Sal, it looks like this will be delayed another couple weeks. In short, if you are up for becoming your own general contractor, or love the aggravation and delays that come from no communication and mis communication from Sal, I'd say go for it, as it seems to be constructed okay. I guess we'll see.

First they installed a salt system and then at the end of the season they closed the pool with all new parts - cover, water bags, etc. Fast forward a couple weeks later and 2 of the water bags were empty and 1 other had slipped into the pool. Now that it's time to open the pool they want to charge me over $100/hr in addition to the regular opening fee to get the water and leaves out of the pool (that are there because the cover sank.) My question to them was - do you think it's fair for me to pay you extra because you did a shoddy job closing the pool? Justin's response - Yes. Needless to say I will find another pool company to deal with.

Apparently he discovered the source in about 40 minutes or so and the total repair will end up around $350. Thank God there are still honest people out there unlike these guys. Previous Review: Mike and Andy showed up to repair my Hot Tub and apparently they spent about 20-25 minutes each diagnosing my hot tub and came to the conclusion that my pumps are bad, my heater is bad and I have numerous leaks. They parked their truck in my driveway at 10:39am and arrived to my hot tub at 10:43am. At 10:45am one person walked away from the tub and at 10:47am one of them urinated in my yard and then proceeded to walk to check out my yard for another minute or so. At 11:03am their truck was gone from my driveway and the $150 cash they convinced my wife to leave them because they couldn't come when she was home (we never indicated it was an emergency) was gone. I would have never known about this experience if my wife didn't arrive home at 11:15am (earlier than expected) and wonder why no one was here and the money was gone. Thank God we have surveillance cameras in place. These guys are liars, shady and thieves. I have no problem paying the $150 service call and any additional labor at $80 an hour to repair my tub, I do have a problem with someone ripping me off and telling me my top of the line Hot Springs Envoy that is 5 years old is basically shot. You don't have to believe me, but I have camera footage.
