He obviously was in a bad mood - exchanged no words just a sour look on his face - charged me $30 when in the past it was $20. Not only was it the price but it was his sour disposition. You think you would present a friendly congenial attitude toward you customers - not this guy. I almost told him to take the $30 and make a down payment on a personality. All the other local shops only had yellow gold or needed to order the length I needed. The pagoda had the white gold and length I wanted in several diff chain styles. I spent a little more to get the warranty and I'm so happy I did! A few weeks ago I fell asleep in my necklace with my hair down, it got a kink in it when they tangled. I brought it in with the warranty and a super friendly welcoming girl helped me pick out a replacement chain. No issues honoring my warranty 2 days before it expired. I usually shop kay, amazon, silverlust, and tiff. After 2 really good experiences with this place and seeing their variety I'm adding them to my go to list.

As per the name, most items have a more rustic/country/antiqued look to them. This isn't really my mom or my decorating style, but we still found items that we liked. They carry everything from curtains, lamps, wall art, pillows, quilts, decorative containers, candles, ornaments and more for home decor. There was also a large Vera Bradley section, as well as some other bags and accessories with a bit of a vintage/historical flair. If you are driving through the area, it is a neat place to check out that carries a lot of different things that you won't find at the big box stores.
