Unfortunately when I first arrived there was a miscommunication and the private session I had scheduled was cut short by 30 minutes. A day or two after the workshop Keyn reached out to apologize and said she would refund the private immediately. My back would not stop seizing up & knotting and was in a ton of pain. I tried coming here as I was a bit desperate & the instructors have been nothing but helpful. Each class is only about 10 people. It's really heavy on props & is much longer and slower than traditional yoga. The instructors are big on adjustments and pointing out how you should notice your body differently. Sometimes we only do 5-10 postures but I come away learning a lot about ways I'm unaware of carrying myself and most importantly it's greatly reduced pain! Even coming 1-2 times per week is helpful. The inversions on the wall are key and really take the pressure off my spine. I'm only in my mid-20s and don't have any mobility/strength issues but would recommend for all ages and levels if you suffer from back pain.

Also: she's a SUPER DUPER kind person (very sparkly) and really passionate about what she does so she definitely goes the extra mile for her clients: brings extensive write-ups that focus on YOUR goals (she takes you through the write-ups and they're yours to keep), plus she sends follow-up notes on additional topics discussed during your session, including recipes and products you might like to try (stuff she's tried and likes (she doesn't actually sell anything)). $160 per ONE HOUR private session, and it's totally worth it since all the stuff she's telling you is specifically geared toward whatever you're trying to fix.
