    Service is very best of best. Right from the time you enter, you can witness cleanliness and great customer service. If you are there for appraisal or upgrade, they have you covered. Me and my mom went to check the cost of selling our Toyota camry 2013 modal. They thoroughly inspected the car by not touching it but instructing us to open and close all the sections like mirrors down, engine check, trunk and paint inspection. After inspecting it, they made us wait in the lounge area to get us the offer. It was not long wait when we got reasonable price for our car. We didn't choose the option to trade in so can't comment on that but overall the service was amazing and the service and sales people were nice to talk to.

    First you have to go inside to get to the parking lot to see the cars. It was like 100 outside so by the tine I walked all the way around I was sweating and no longer wanted to look at a car. I dont think making people walk around the entire building is the best way to sell a car. Sometimes we just want to see what you have real quick and get going. Salesman said he would come out to help in a fee minutes but I literally walked down and back up so that did no good. I wont be going there when I buy my next Lexus for sure. Gave them 2 stars because the salesman was actually nice for the brief moment we spoke and they have a lot of variety, just nothing I wanted.

    Bought a Cadillac a month ago and the very next day found these issues: Tire flat, cracked wheel, no spare Transmission issues Cracked windshield Headlight out Stained headliner So we got a loaner and found fingernails in the cup holder. Drove the loaner until the service light came on. Traded the loaner and an hour later it went crazy and broke down on me. My advisor asked me to drive it back to them. The car was not drivable!! Then told me to set up a tow service, like it was my problem. So ready to be done with Carmax.

It is uniquely designed and very eye catching. They have a average size Front Desk Reception. The Lobby is lovely. They offer complimentary, Coffee, Sodas, Tea and Cookies. There are a few chairs to sit down and some desks to fill out your paperwork. They also have a Smart TV with a dynamic picture setting installed in the wall. The Christmas tree is up and lit and it is oversized and beautiful! Erik assisted me every step of the way explaining how insurance works, how long repairs take and what the process was like. He also ne also goty vehicle repaired in a shorter time frame. I received my vehicle in better condition than when I dropped it off. They washed my vehicle and vacuumed it and put all my stuff in my trunk nice and neat! They took my breath away! Ive never felt so good before. I was smiling so hard my cheeks were hurting.Lol.
