    I have always used Carmax. I never really know what i want when i need a newer car so i can walk around there lot and drive multiple vehicles before deciding . On one occasion i messed up and showed up home with a minivan for the wife. What was i thinking? I thought i would never sleep in the bed again ! they give you 7 days to change your mind and i did. No hassles, i took the wife this time and she picked what she wanted. Yes you may pay a few hundred more but i like the no dickering concept. I also like that they will purchase your car. I have sold 2 cars to them and it was easy, i put my info on there website and it gave me a purchase price which was honored both times. Please dont fib or exagerate the condition of your car because they will check it over prior to the purchase.

    When I picked up the truck I don't understand how the truck passed NC inspection with the tires in…read moresuch bad shape. The manufacturer date was 42nd week of 2018 and were severely dry rotted. I was afraid to drive the truck all the way home and I had to stop and buy a new set. The tire dealer and a mechanic / inspection station said they shouldn't have passed inspection. I also had an issue with the remote start not working. The lady at the pickup location said she would put in a request to have someone reach out in 24-48 hours to help me resolve the issue. I have yet to hear anything from anyone. When I was at the tire shop another guy and asked if I had just picked up my truck from you and I said yes. He had severely dry rotted tires also with his vehicle he just picked up. I guess this is a standard problem with your inspectors which needs to be resolved. I showed pitures to a friend that is a highway patrol officer he said that this is a major safety issue. If I would've been stopped by a police officer I would've received a ticket for unsafe tires.

This Carvana location was very clean and orderly. Each employee I encountered smiled and acknowledged you. That made me feel great about selling them my car. They were very pleasant during my vehicle inspection and had me in and out in no time. If you're looking to sell your vehicle and don't want all the hassle you'll get elsewhere, then I'd recommend this Carvana. They'll treat you right.

I have worked with many of the service advisors and they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate their updated location which has a nice waiting area with complimentary wifi, water, and coffee. They even have a shuttle service that can drop you off at home, work or just take you to grab food if you would like. The $40 oil change you simply cannot beat and they aren't too pushy when offering services that's are needed, as many who work off of commission are. The service team will address your concerns, and offer solutions accordingly. Even if there is a mixup or additional issue after leaving the shop, they do their due diligence in making corrections and that for me makes all the difference. I have bought multiple cars from this dealer over the years, back to when they were Crown Honda...and they always drag the process out, making it a completely unnecessary full day event. And as you'd expect, no matter if you're buying a new or used car, they live up to their used car salesman reputation of being pushy, and trying to upsell. When I've bought cars in the past, they have seriously low balled me on trade in values, and only after I call them out on it, do they actually offer a more honest, and fair offer. I understand they still need to make money on the trade in, but if they want a sale, they also need to make an honest offer to me. When i take my car in for oil change service, I always make an appointment, making it for first thing on a Saturday, at 7:30-8am depending on what is available...and despite having an appointment, and dropping my car off the night before, it still takes until 11am-noon....Why does it take 4 hours for a oil change when i have a scheduled appointment? My biggest peeve since buying the car is the fact that they cannot, or perhaps simply refuse to update their system with MY phone number or email address. When I schedule an appointment, if i do it by phone i give them my contact info, if i do it on their website, again, I give them my info, and when i drop the car off and fill out the form for the drop box....i put MY INFO. No matter how I do it, they ALWAYS for some reason reach out to my wife. I have asked them multiple times to correct this, but every time the confirmations are sent to her. I used to think this dealer was one of the better, more honest ones. I regrettably bought a service plan when I got the car, but once it is complete, I think my relationship with this dealership will also be. Bottom line, if they do not respect my time, won't update my contact info...they won't be getting any more of my business.
