(3) third time I carried it back I told them that when I like stopped at a stop sign then start to go forward, it would hesitate then this BIG SURGE forward would happen. It would scare me. The mechanic said "well, the engine light does not come on so maybe you need to use a higher grade of gasoline." So, I go to Polk's and fill up on their most expensive grade the had and spent close to $50 filling up because I was going to Mobile to my sons for the 4th of July. (4th issue) When I got to Mobile, and got out of the car, my grandson was at the door to greet me and he said "NANNY, there 's smoke billowing out from under the hood of your car." It scared the heck out of us both and when I let it cool off, it would not crank. My grandson had to bring me back to Long Beach because I had appointments the next day. Because the car wouldn't start, Chuck Ryan had to go get the car in Mobile and bring it back to Long Beach. I didn't hear from them yesterday after they got the car and so far today (June 7th) I haven't heard from them as to what they are going to do about the car By the way, I told them I didn't want the car and could I have a refund. I paid $2000 down and made one $450 payment. One of the managers named Kelly said they didn't give refunds, but they own the company, so I would think they could if they wanted to. I'm waiting for them to make a decision and call me back

The mechanic saw me an elderly woman coming in for an oil change & break pads for front passenger breaks. They charged me over $300 & then told me I needed a new caliper. Then he called Heritage & they promised to send my part to Fast Lube. All of this after they charged my card for $250. Fast Lube said they never got the part. Heritage said they delivered it. They sent me a picture of an open box sitting in front of a closed bey door. No writing on the box to prove it was from them & nothing on the wall or bay doo saying where they took it. I called Heritage & the guy refused to refund my money fo a part he says was delivered. I have since taken my car to the dealership only to be told I did not need a new caliper as there was nothing wrong with the old one. The manager at Fast Lube said he would call the owner & get this straightened out. After numerous calls & visits to both businesses I have still not gotten my money. Apparently these people care nothing about their reputation. But then, liars never do.

Either this was a bait and switch, their door photo and the Ebay description was absent reference to a Federal Express logo or any logo. Logo's once on the door, after being removed, bleed thru new paint with their outline, as the glue affects future paint coverings, unless you strip the door down to metal, re prime and apply finish coat and hardener. Had this been made known, I would have offered less on the door. Additionally the electrical switches for the window were toast. I don't as of this writing know if the lock and window actuators work...... So when I questioned the lack of disclosure, requesting a $75 credit from Heritage to Ebay, Heritage accused me of fraud. What I should have done, was look at the negative responses thru the BBB, Ebay and this site here. They appear to have some substantial problems with honesty, following thru....

ZERO STARS IF I COULD, BUT IT WON'T ALLOW ZERO!…read more I purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper in 2024, with a 30-day warranty. Within a year, the car required multiple major repairs, including replacement of the water pump, serpentine belt, other belts, fixing an oil leak that they appeared to fix on day 2 after purchase, battery replacement, and starter replacement to name a few!!! From the very first day I brought the car home, I had to take it back to the dealer to fix an oil leak. This makes me believe the initial repairs were only done well enough for temporary use rather than providing a lasting, reliable fix. Despite these repairs, the vehicle has now been inoperable for a month and stuck in accessory mode, draining the battery continuously. I have reached out to the dealer multiple times for assistance or even just to inspect the problem, but they have refused to help or provide any support. To make matters worse, they continue to call and text me asking for payment, despite the car being unusable and the ongoing issues. Gave me the option of returning it and getting a different vehicle with ANOTHER DOWN PAYMENT! GTFOH! I expected better service and honesty from a dealership. I do not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience. Stay away, disgusting!

The picture of the parts showed it was black, the description of the part showed it was black, and WOODY told me that he verified that the part was black. Well, we received the part today and guess what?!? IT'S THE WRONG COLOR. It isn't just a shade off, it is a totally different color!! I immediately called WOODY and spoke to him about the part. After a whole lot of back peddling and crawfishing, WOODY tried laying the blame on his fellow co-workers whom I NEVER SPOKE TO. I asked if he would pay for me to ship the part back and have him send me the correct part---he wouldn't do this. I asked him for a refund and he comes back with "I can refund you $15 so you can buy a can of paint.". Here's a clue for you WOODY!! I didn't call and verify the color of the part if I thought I would have to repaint it myself!!! I'll never do business with this dumpster fire of a business again. Steer clear, they're frauds. ***UPDATE*** We took the mirror and had it painted to match the car. We paid $60 to have the mirror painted. We got it back and guess what?!? Terrible service department experience they tried to sell me a needless repair on the vehicle I…read morejust purchased from them. Their service writer wanted me to spend over $415 dollars for a supposed pan gasket leak. I told them to hold off on the repair. I then took it to another dealership the next morning to have it checked their service writer told me that if there was an issue it would be covered under the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. They then took my car into the service bay, inspected the supposed issue. The service writer came to me and informed me there was no oil pan gasket leak. Question; why didn't Matt Bower service writer and the service people do the same thing or did they think I'd approve this needless repair. Another question would be why didn't the service writer bring me to the service bay so I could see first hand the issue with my vehicle. Upper management need's to look closely into these service department tactics. (Rule of 100 when you give bad service that person tells others and they then tell others). Competition is hard enough without having these tactics chasing off business and customers allegiance. FYI I have all the paperwork from both dealerships to substantiate my complaint.

This is by far the WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Outright LIES LIES LIES LIES!…read more Jerry in sales is a scam artist, a crook and a liar! I did not find out until after the fact that they had lied to me and my daughter about financing, told us they did not do business with the financial institution we wanted to use and conned us into going with a company with a SUPER HIGH INTEREST RATE! They also charged us almost $2000.00 for a warranty that was so JACKED UP, that after reading the fine print we found out that among other stupid things like paint scratches, it only covered things like roadside assistance and Key FOB Replacement! WHAT A JOKE! The other finance person I dealt with, Cameron, was a HAIR BETTER but left out some crucial information. I'll let that slide because when he tried to go low (underhanded) I called my BIL who's been selling cars for 3 decades and when he got on the phone, things got REAL CLEAR, REAL FAST! Their GAP insurance is SO OVERPRICED! Once I realized what they had done I got the car re-financed at a MUCH LOWER RATE and the GAP Insurance was 3 times lower! My BIL told me that whatever they over-sold the insurance for went straight into their pockets! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! I sent letters to the corporate office and the manager at this dealership, and I also let my financial institution know what they had done. If they did it to us, who else have they done this to? And if that weren't enough, when we test drove the car it was SO FILTHY! Jerry ASSURED us that the car would be detailed to perfection, but when they dropped it off at my house it was STILL NASTY! And there were car parts that should have been on the engine that were sitting on the passenger seat of the car! There was also a loud noise coming from the A/C after it was turned off and they just said, "we don't know what that is, you'll just have to put up with it!" When I took it to the service department, they said that they NEVER detail cars! ANOTHER LIE BY JERRY! In hindsight we should have read the reviews before we ever set foot inside Matt Bowers Huyndai in Gulfport, Mississippi! LET THE BUYER BEWARE!
