They did send the car to Goodyear and they fixed the issue. (2)second time I carried it back and told the office that it was dying on me when I would turn a corner. The mechanic said there was no problem because I just didn't hsve the key inserted properly. (3) third time I carried it back I told them that when I like stopped at a stop sign then start to go forward, it would hesitate then this BIG SURGE forward would happen. It would scare me. The mechanic said "well, the engine light does not come on so maybe you need to use a higher grade of gasoline." So, I go to Polk's and fill up on their most expensive grade the had and spent close to $50 filling up because I was going to Mobile to my sons for the 4th of July. (4th issue) When I got to Mobile, and got out of the car, my grandson was at the door to greet me and he said "NANNY, there 's smoke billowing out from under the hood of your car." It scared the heck out of us both and when I let it cool off, it would not crank. My grandson had to bring me back to Long Beach because I had appointments the next day. Because the car wouldn't start, Chuck Ryan had to go get the car in Mobile and bring it back to Long Beach. I didn't hear from them yesterday after they got the car and so far today (June 7th) I haven't heard from them as to what they are going to do about the car By the way, I told them I didn't want the car and could I have a refund. I paid $2000 down and made one $450 payment. One of the managers named Kelly said they didn't give refunds, but they own the company, so I would think they could if they wanted to. I'm waiting for them to make a decision and call me back

ZERO STARS IF I COULD, BUT IT WON'T ALLOW ZERO!…read more I purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper in 2024, with a 30-day warranty. Within a year, the car required multiple major repairs, including replacement of the water pump, serpentine belt, other belts, fixing an oil leak that they appeared to fix on day 2 after purchase, battery replacement, and starter replacement to name a few!!! From the very first day I brought the car home, I had to take it back to the dealer to fix an oil leak. This makes me believe the initial repairs were only done well enough for temporary use rather than providing a lasting, reliable fix. Despite these repairs, the vehicle has now been inoperable for a month and stuck in accessory mode, draining the battery continuously. I have reached out to the dealer multiple times for assistance or even just to inspect the problem, but they have refused to help or provide any support. To make matters worse, they continue to call and text me asking for payment, despite the car being unusable and the ongoing issues. Gave me the option of returning it and getting a different vehicle with ANOTHER DOWN PAYMENT! GTFOH! I expected better service and honesty from a dealership. I do not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience. Stay away, disgusting!

The picture of the parts showed it was black, the description of the part showed it was black, and WOODY told me that he verified that the part was black. Well, we received the part today and guess what?!? IT'S THE WRONG COLOR. It isn't just a shade off, it is a totally different color!! I immediately called WOODY and spoke to him about the part. After a whole lot of back peddling and crawfishing, WOODY tried laying the blame on his fellow co-workers whom I NEVER SPOKE TO. I asked if he would pay for me to ship the part back and have him send me the correct part---he wouldn't do this. I asked him for a refund and he comes back with "I can refund you $15 so you can buy a can of paint.". Here's a clue for you WOODY!! I didn't call and verify the color of the part if I thought I would have to repaint it myself!!! I'll never do business with this dumpster fire of a business again. Steer clear, they're frauds. ***UPDATE*** We took the mirror and had it painted to match the car. We paid $60 to have the mirror painted. We got it back and guess what?!? IT DOESN'T EVEN FIT THE CAR!!!! Gee, thanks Robert Hall!!! You own an established full time for real professionals!!! NOT!!!

I…read morecaught them in flat out super inflaction of simple or moderate repair prices and reported them to corporate. That was in 2024In 2025 I tested them again with a repair on My Sonata and to my delight the service team gave me a quote in line with the apprpriate labor, parts, and materials. Glad they fixed that crappy, sleeezy, scammy, service departmwent. In 2026, May, my Sonata finally died. The vehicle I wanted, Palisade 2026 Hybrid Calligraphy, was only available from them within a 100 mile radius. I called the dealer, explained what I wanted, had a coupon code from corporate ($500) plus military ($500) and they offered dealer incentive of $1200. My Sonata was a $2500 trade in (that hurt but I checked it on various sites and it was accurate to the dollar.) At first his prices were higher than my simple math came to, but after he sent me the quote in email with a breakdown, he agreed my calculatoins were near spot on, plus the VIN etching ($299). I paid about $1500 over MSRP to include all of the tax/title/license and dealer fees included. This was what I expected and was on par for what others have reported from around the country. They had the paperwork ready when I got there, my credit score (830) printed out, financing all done (6.99% nothing down), and they even went to the other dealer to get my Sonata for me so I could remove all of the stuff from the vehicel. There is an upsell guy that comes in just before you sign the papers. He tries to sell GAP insurance, electronic system and screen warranty. Started at ~$3500 then moved down to ~$2500 when I said military. Didn't care, turned it all down. I recognize good looking smiley, upsell, guys a mile away. This dealer has gotten better, in my experiences. The service team seems to be legit now and the sales was no pressure. I knew what I wanted, they got it ready, and I walked out the door same day.

Their service writer wanted me to spend over $415 dollars for a supposed pan gasket leak. I told them to hold off on the repair. I then took it to another dealership the next morning to have it checked their service writer told me that if there was an issue it would be covered under the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. They then took my car into the service bay, inspected the supposed issue. The service writer came to me and informed me there was no oil pan gasket leak. Question; why didn't Matt Bower service writer and the service people do the same thing or did they think I'd approve this needless repair. Another question would be why didn't the service writer bring me to the service bay so I could see first hand the issue with my vehicle. Upper management need's to look closely into these service department tactics. (Rule of 100 when you give bad service that person tells others and they then tell others). Competition is hard enough without having these tactics chasing off business and customers allegiance. FYI I have all the paperwork from both dealerships to substantiate my complaint.
