**Terrible Service Department**…read more Do not go here for repairs. We brought in our 2024 Chrysler Pacifica for a braking issue. The first time, they kept it for five days, couldn't figure it out, charged me $100, and made no repairs. I also had to pay for five days of rental car costs. When the same issue happened again, we took it back and rented another car. Even with a scheduled appointment, it took them two days just to decide they needed a part they did not have. The communication was terrible. Calls went to voicemail, I did not get callbacks, and I had to keep chasing people down just to get updates. When I asked for the service manager, I was basically told they were busy and that diagnosis takes time. What made it worse was that they did not even run the diagnostic in a timely fashion. Then, after finally figuring out they needed a part, they just waited to hear back from THEIR OWN IN HOUSE PARTS department while my rental charges kept adding up. If you want your vehicle to sit without being worked on, even with an appointment, this is the place. If you want poor communication and a lax attitude, this is also the place. I am a business owner and buy minivans for company vehicles. They lost not only a repair customer, but also a future purchase customer.

The transaction was seamless from beginning to end and I look forward to getting my BMW i4 later this summer. I highly recommend Visalia BMW if you are planning to buy the ultimate driving machine in the Central Valley. UPDATE: My i4 arrived and I picked it up yesterday. Brad M and Ed F were absolutely brilliant during this whole process. They were very transparent and kept me up to date through the whole ordering and shipping process. I 100% recommend BMW of Visalia if you are in the market for a new or used BMW. Very honest dealership and I even had a very positive call from the owner, Mike C, a couple of weeks ago. Excellent BMW dealership!

Absolutely terrible experience…read more I scheduled an appointment with BMW of Visalia for an oil change, spark plugs, brake fluid flush, and to diagnose an EVAP code. When I dropped off the car, I specifically asked how long it would take because I was coming from out of town. I was told it should be done within a few hours or by the next day. Later that day, I called for an update and got nothing. I even stopped by the dealership and found my car still sitting in the exact same spot where I left it. The next day, after they had my vehicle for almost two full days, I called again and was told they still hadn't even looked at it. If you're too busy to work on a vehicle, be honest with customers instead of wasting their time. The lack of communication, poor scheduling, and complete disregard for customers is unacceptable for a BMW dealership. I've brought vehicles here for years, but after this experience I'll never return. Save yourself the frustration and take your BMW to Fresno or Bakersfield instead.

When I reached out online Kevin responded right away and we set up a next day test drive of the vehicle. When I arrived Kevin greeted me, her was very polite, he showed me to the truck answered any questions, retrieved the keys and left me with the vehicle to inspect it at my leisure. After a short inspection I asked him if I could test drive the vehicle and he took a copy of my license and let me take the truck. During the test drive I did a hard acceleration and noticed a sputter with some significant power loss and the check engine light flashed on- it was a misfire. I drove back and let Kevin know what happened and that unfortunately I wasn't interested. He was very apologetic and asked me to wait before leaving and hooked up his scanner to see what was wrong and it was a misfire. He changed it the spark plug from the misfiring cylinder and we went on another test drive and the issue was gone. I liked the truck and the scanner didn't show any other problems so I decided to buy it. Kevin informed me that if the problem came back even though he was selling me a used car as is he would fix it or he would take the car back which from a smaller dealership I've NEVER heard before. We finalize the deal do the paper work and I drive off. During my two and a half hour drive back it happened again so I texted Kevin and let him know, long story short hex was polite and professional and honored his promise. I got the truck home and within the next few days I decided to use my scan tool to see what the issue was and it showed a misfire in the number two and four cylinders so I changed the spark plugs in all of them which I usually do anytime I buy a used vehicle anyway and all codes cleared the truck has been running great now for about a month. I called Kevin to let him know and he was happy it worked it and offered to pay for the repair which I declined. Kevin is a stand up guy, and if I find itself in need of another used car I'll gladly do business with him again. Here's one thing people need to consider though when buying a used car, especially from a small dealer. These vehicles are used they're not certified pre-owned they're usually inspected to make sure they're legal to be put on the road and minor repairs are done. You're delaying with a small business that's trying to make money and most of them aren't going to spend extra money to make sure every major repair is completed because their customer base cannot afford or do not have the credit worthiness to buy those types of vehicles. I could've gone to a certified dealer but I found this specific truck and honestly I expected more issues than what I've had so far. Bottom line I usually don't trust used car dealers but Kevin showed here would make things right during and after the sale. I can't recommend him enough!

Told us that if we wanted to look around more til we were sure he respected that. He had so many offers on this car. Our last two pre-owned cars we felt pressured and ended up making a bad decision. So like he said the choice is yours. It's for sale and I know you're interested, he let us leave and shop around. Within an hour I called him back and told him I want to purchase it. I'll be back tomorrow. He knew I was a young college student needing reliable transportation back and forth to school. He said it's not just selling a car to him, it's an investment in my future. Recently I put an inquiry for a Mazda Miata they had on the lot at the Lindsay location. Put in a credit app. Texted with Edgar Rosales after sending him my most recent earning statement never replied after running my credit. Did not say anything if I was clear, if I needed a co-signer. I was curious on the rate their bank would offer as I already had one from Navy Federal Credit Union and I was ready to purchase. No reply.. 3rd try. I stopped at the Lindsay location to look at a Volkswagen sports wagon. Mechanical issues -leaking oil pan -alternator windings failing Moderate engine blow by -car calling for an oil change -and what really tops the cake is the car is sitting on the lot, dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over. When mentioned to the saleswoman (who stayed texting on her phone) she stated. Oh yea the owner had been driving it for a while. Vehicle is way overpriced Asked what kind of deal they could make being the vehicle has moderate issues. She took my name and number. Stated she would speak with her manager and give me a call later than day. This was 2 days ago with no response. Again.. I am already set and ready to purchase. Very very terrible customer service. If your military 100% steer clear of this place. They don't know what an LES is clearly.
