This dental office is in-network and accepts my insurance, but they still overcharged me for a deep cleaning. The pricing is very unreasonable. The dental assistant was also very unprofessional--she caused me a lot of pain while making my crown, and it wasn't even done right. They told me to come back the next day to redo it. I do not recommend this clinic. read more

Was referred to Dr. Bunker by my implantologist re: difficulty flossing that could not be addressed by my regular dentist. I was able to make a timely appointment, and arrived a bit early to complete the intake questionnaires. The staff was not happy to see me since I arrived during their lunch break, but was courteously shown to a room to wait. Dr. Bunker listened to my unusual story respectfully, patiently and thoughtfully, then offered a way to try to fix the problem. And in 10 minutes he did! How I wish he could be my regular dentist! Dr. Bunker is kind, obviously more competent than most dentists, and had my best interest at heart. A mensch: caring, upright, dependable, honest, and VERY GOOD at what he does. read more

I think I finally found my spot! I came here after being recommended from a close friend of mine. I had 4 bi-annual appointments which were fine, no complaints. But recently, I had to choose a different day than my typical day of the week and got paired with Dr. Qaisar. I had my cleaning done and was treated magnificently and wasn't shamed when she found a small cavity. I showed up today to get my filling and from the moment I sat in the chair to when I paid for my filling, it took 22 minutes....22! The fastest, easiest, and most fun (what??) filling appointment I've ever had. I'm glad to have been paired with her because her and her assistant were absolutely wonderful! read more

I started with Dr. Bunker in the middle of getting implants. I'm really pleased with the results. The staff had to coordinate with other offices where the work had begun to get images and background of what had been started. They were key in restarting the process for me. There are also several hygienists on staff and they're all good. They've shared tips with me on brushing that made a big difference on effectiveness. And everyone is really nice. read more

we love this dental office. They have the greatest staff, everyone is upbeat and 100% knowledgeable in their field. We've been going to Dr. Bunker since he started at this location. Our adult children continued with him when they became independent. He still has the same staff he started with, so that tells you a lot about the dynamics in this office. The dental work is excellent, from cleanings to the big stuff (implants etc) Office support is very, very good. I can't believe it has been 8 years since my last review. Everything I said in 2015 still holds true, except that it has been reaffirmed with dozens more visits, all of which went just as well. Moreover, since 2015 I've referred an estimated 10 friends, co-workers, and of course family that all share the same opinion. Notably important to update is that most the core staff that gave off the wonderful impressions in my initial review, are still there. It's not surprising as there is always a great buzz and friendly vibe amongst them all, including Dr. Bunker. These folks genuinely enjoy their jobs, and each other. Two things that have changed for me since 2015: 1) I now live more than a half hour away, but make the trek anyway. I would even if it were a full hour. 2) A few years back I switched to traditional insurance. Dr. Bunker creates treatment plans that keep my limits and co-pays in mind, and Andi works hand in hand with him to keep him apprised of what those values are. Andi also takes the time to help me review plan choices that will work best for me when renewals come up. Same for my adult daughter who is on a discount plan. For anyone that does not have a solid dentistry relationship, give CMD a try. You'll become a lifer too. Actually, even if you are happy somewhere else, give them a try anyway - I'm betting you'll switch. read more

I've been getting work done here since the end of last year (December 2022) and everyone there are pretty amazing especially Dr Bunker. He is a very caring and compassionate dentist who wants the best for his patients. The PSR ladies are amazing too becuz they're always so helpful. andi helped me with a payment plan and they are lenient and understanding financial as well. Our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids) all recently went to Carmel Mountain Dentistry and all had a really good experience there. Since we were all there at the same time, (the office put in the extra effort to accommodate my request to schedule appointments for us all on the same day which made it so much more convenient for us!) we were seen by a few different hygienists and each one was great. Dr. Bunker himself is awesome. He is so friendly and instantly puts you at ease, explaining things clearly in a way that is easy to understand without being condescending, don't shame you if it's been too long since you've seen the dentist and need some work done (which we did) and he is very gentle (but still quick!) when working in your mouth. I was especially impressed with how well he did with our two youngest kids (ages 6 and 9). They really struggle with anxiety at medical appointments and didn't have any issues at all! I'm sure that was due to having Dr. Bunker being so kind and patient with them and putting them at ease. This office is great for all ages, I'm glad that we found a dentist we can trust and have a good experience with! read more
