Jay and Irene were so kind, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process; from my initial quote, to scheduling, to the actual service, and final walkthrough. During the install, Jay even called to let me know he noticed a small scratch on my driver's side window that I hadn't seen before (it would've been really hard to catch, especially since it was there before the tint).
