He was on time, and the bonus is that it was all done at our house. He will be doing my husband's truck, and I already referred him to some friends. 10/10 would recommend

How much I was surprised with the fair quotes. Service was scheduled and done on time. No issues. Thoughtful consultation on pros and cons of each one of them. Recommended ! Needed to get my car tinted so I made an appointment. Jesus was responsive and very nice on the phone. We set a schedule to have the car windows tinted. However, I had to cancel because the dealership needed to work on the car. I was told they only needed the car overnight so I rescheduled with Jesus for 2 days later to be on the safe side. Again, I felt horrible but had to cancel as the dealership needed the car until Monday of the following week. Jesus was super nice and texted back each time. I finally got the car back and Jesus came straight away to tint the car. He did a fantastic job and finished in time as promised. I can see why JK Mobile Window Tinting has a five star on Yelp! Instead of just politely telling me that it was a misunderstanding, she barked at me for 10 minutes. I was gobsmacked by the way I was treated at this establishment. I have never been spoken to this way and can not in good faith recommend this business to anyone I know. I was going to spare all the details but since you are laying out the situation, I can also provide more context. Your other customer at the time was engaging with me. He noticed how upset Martha was and told me to just pay the $17 (5%). When I said it was about the principle and that I was just clarifying a confusion, he called me a C U Next Tuesday and a bitch. Instead of diffusing the situation, Martha said, please don't talk to a paying customer that way. (You were not in the room when she said that to me.) She also never told him to stop engaging with me. She never told him not to speak to me that way. She just wouldn't stop bickering and rolling her eyes at us. Is this what you call exceptional customer service? Additionally, this was a CLEAR case of miscommunication. Why would we choose 5% over $25 off if $25 is more than 5%? We still paid almost $700 for the service and would have paid this anyways. The difference was literally $8. If you had just made it clear to begin with or cleared up the confusion nicely, I wouldn't have left this review.

BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.

Called Them on May 6 and advised I'm picking up my car on Saturday May 9. scheduled an installation for XPEL PLUS ceramic as recommended by Andy. I typically don't post reviews right away because I'd like to give it a few days for the finished product to really shine. After the initial 4 days, I noticed some bubbles and scratches on the tints. but this is where Andy and Justin really earned their stripes. was hoping the bubble to dry out but couldn't take it anymore. Texted The shop yesterday May 21, told them I'm stopping by after work for a quick inspection. Andy was professional and Prompt and really stood by his work and warranty promise. I am BEYOND happy with the job he's done. I understand hiccups happens, but how its handled matters and they do not disappoint. I went ahead and canceled a full Body PPF wrap schedule from another shop and decided for Andy, Justin and the team to take on the job since the customer service was superb. I felt confident knowing that any issues in the future will be dealt with professionalism and with promptness

His service was fast and punctual. He was able to tint my windows efficiently. He also informed me about the benefit of having your house windows tinted. I was nervous that tint wouldn't look that good because my car is a bluish grey but Jesus recommended what tint shade would be best for my car and he was right! I called Jesus on a whim. Asked if he was mobile. He said of course! I'm in your area actually and can be there in 40 mins. He showed up promptly. I told him what I wanted and he was done in 40 mins give or take. The tint looks incredible and am excited about the ceramic tint and it's ability to keep the interior cool!
