I usually don't leave reviews but I had to shout out Kyrylo and his team. This is the first time having my car PPF wrapped and I had many questions which Kyrylo slowly walked me through. There were certain options which I thought about doing which he said he might not recommmend (but totally up to me) because it may not be worth it so I knew he wasn't trying to oversell me anything. I had done a lot of research and compared about 6-7 local stores and I ended up choosing Burtex and I'm glad I did. I had a set budget and he was willing to work with me and the pricing was competitive. I ended up doing a full body PPF wrap with window tints and my car came out perfect! I was very happy with how it came out. They were on schedule and the car was completed by the date they promised. Kyrylo even answered all my questions several weeks later on how to take care of the car/detailing so it shows they take the time to care for you even after the project had been completed. Absolutely professional, very fastidious, very knowledgable about PPF 7 Ceramic Pro application as well as specifics of Porsche, Ferrari and many other automobiles. These guys did an absolutely superb job on my 2024 911. You cannot tell, even when looking very closely, that there is a PPF applied. They overwrap every edge so you have no unsightly gaps. The CeramicPro coating that they applied to the rest of the vehicle, including the wheels, is beyond smooth. It glistens and has virtually no friction. Water beads up perfectly. I found this place on Yelp and went along with the recommendations; I'm so glad I did. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The manager, Kyrylo D. was friendly and explained the entire vehicle wrapping process to me. He even let me take several booklets (wrap samples) home with me. I returned a few days later and chose Brushed Titanium by Avery. My vehicle was there for several days, but he communicated with me the entire time and sent me photos showing the progress. Those photos gave me a peace of mind, but it did not do it justice. The wrap was fantastic and so was the attention to detail. They said we can help you with a font bumper PPF right now. Drive it in. I drive my Porsche Boxster everywhere and my front bumper was getting chipped up bad.
