She can do special events and soft makeup, fashion makeup to full on character and special effects. She is extremely talented and I am so honored she came out and did my makeup for my shoot as well as the LadyBallers makeup for our shoot. She was extremely understanding of any requests we had. She was gentle and very informative. She explained every product she was using and how sanitation is extremely important to her and how she takes care of her products. She has a wide range of colors for every form of makeup it seemed. Anything I requested she had and was willing to do more or less of anything that made me feel comfortable in my own skin and I appreciated that. Jacqueline comes highly recommended from me and I hope to use her services again in the very near future. If you have an event coming up I suggest you give her a shout, you won't be disappointed!

I told Jacqueline my fears but didn't give her really any boundaries about what to use, I just told her that I was simple and didn't want my make up to look "heavy." Let me just say, she did a fantastic job! The end results didn't feel heavy at all and even though I was nervous when she pulled out a yellow eyeshadow, it turned out really beautiful. I would be happy to book Jacqueline again for any future events or photoshoots. She does a great job and is really nice and pays attention to what you want!

She listens to what you want, clarifies with you to make sure she understands, and when she says she is taking off an inch, it's an inch. Not an inch and a half to two inches. She also takes me on time and has never canceled on me. Her bubbly personality makes me look forward to seeing her every time I return. The prices are really reasonable too. That was important. I never understood paying $100 to get some dead ends cut off and a blow dry.

The stylists get 5 stars- they know what they are doing. I have had a full dye, partial highlights and full highlights numerous times and have had the best cut and style to go along with the color. Verica is my personal favorite and have gone to her each time I've gone in except once when she was out injured. (The gal I saw was a temp and she was just as awesome!) So now for the hold off on the star. The owner sees dollar signs in everyone that walks in - if you know this ahead of time you can prepare yourself. Read on: The first 2 times I was duped in to additional services that I did not request nor did I know about until I paid at the end and wondered why my bill was so high. In asking what I was paying for I found that the first time it was for a pre-treatment & after treatment since they dyed my whole head to get it all one base color. Then the second time was an additional conditioner added after she washed and conditioned my hair. So now that I was educated, I asked them not to add anything on unless it was shown to me and approved by me. Haven't had an issue since. Still go there and will continue to. It's nice to be pampered and enjoy a glass of wine while your hair is getting done!

Everyone was booked, but thankfully she had availabilities for all 3 days that I needed her. Ash has an hilarious personality that will make you look forward to your early morning appointments and she makes sure that you're taken care of with snacks and drinks (I think this is only for those that go to her salon though). As for the makeup and hair...LASTED ALL DAY LONG!! I barely needed a touch up! Ash knew what products would work for my face and I'm still blown away by her results. I wasn't even a contestant in the pageant, but she made me feel just as beautiful as them. She's also willing to tell you what products she's using and I've definitely upped my makeup game after coming home. It's also good to note that I gave her creative freedom along with minor details about the events and everything turned out way better than I imagined. I'm not even engaged yet and seriously considering flying her out to wherever my ceremony will be!! Notes: Definitely read her FAQ on how to prep before your appointments. I already go in regularly for facials so I'm assuming that's what helped as well. I also had no idea my regular shampoo and conditioner were heavy products so I was able to switch over to something lighter before going to see her.
