I hate to be a little gate keeper even though it's tempting, but I feel like I kind of need to scream from the mountain tops how awesome this little gem clinic is. I'm going to post four pictures. Two are before shots of 2 syringes of KYBELLA and a Morpheus eight treatment together. That hits double chin and neck area as well as full face for skin smoothing and tightening. Pictures three and four are from today (one month later), showing my results from ONLY one treatment. Please remember, KYBELLA and Morpheus eight normally come in treatments of at least two but generally three or more. I'm also going to include what ChatGPT had to say without giving it any information besides just the pictures, asking about any differences that chat noticed. Can you say, amazing? You're not gonna find prices better, not for KYBELLA or Morpheus eight, and when you do it together, it's almost 50% cheaper than any other medical facility. Oh and did I mention that these procedures are getting done by an actual doctor? And not a brand new doctor, she's been in the field 17 years, and still works at Sutter! Obviously once people start finding out about how awesome the prices and results are at this clinic, everyone's gonna start coming but, I want people to look and feel as confident as I do! All right folks, remember this is one treatment out of three, focus on the double chin and fat pouch in the neck area. They also do a host of other things like Softwav and Co2.. unbeatable prices. Also, the clinic is clean, friendly staff, professionalism is obvious, and Dr. J is very attentive, explains things which I appreciate. My husband and I scheduled our first IV hydration therapy appointment a week in advance for 9:00 a.m. We were excited to try this clinic and were instructed by the receptionist to arrive a little early to complete paperwork. We arrived around 8:45 a.m. only to be told there was no doctor in the office yet. The receptionist said she didn't know when the doctor would arrive because she was dropping her children off at school. Since we were early, we waited in our car and returned at our scheduled appointment time of 9:00 a.m. We were again told the doctor still wasn't there and that we would see her come through the front door when she arrived. At approximately 9:04 a.m., a woman arrived, so we went back inside, but we were still told no one was available. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice the waiting room trash can was overflowing with garbage, and there was a bug crawling across the floor. That was not the first impression I expected from a medical facility. Around 9:15 a.m., three staff members arrived, and we were finally given our paperwork. My husband's paperwork was correct, but mine listed the wrong procedure. I was told to "just sign it" and that it would be corrected later. I politely refused and asked that it be corrected before I signed any medical documents. The look I received and the receptionist's attitude immediately changed, which I found very unprofessional. We were then instructed to leave Suite 4 and walk to Suite 2 a few doors down. When we entered, the receptionist didn't acknowledge us. From the back office, we could hear what I believe was the doctor having a conversation about painting with another gentleman while we continued to wait. We weren't called back until approximately 9:34 a.m. We were then told that one of us could sit in the patient recliner while the other would have to spend the approximately hour-long infusion sitting in a metal chair. That was surprising and not at all comfortable or accommodating for couples who scheduled appointments together. By this point, we had been waiting over 30 minutes past our appointment time. I completely understand that unexpected delays happen, but there was no communication, no apology from the doctor or staff, and no acknowledgment that our time had value too. Between the late start, the dirty waiting room, the overflowing trash, the bug on the floor, the incorrect medical paperwork, the receptionist's rude attitude when I asked for my paperwork to be corrected, and the uncomfortable setup for the procedure, I no longer felt confident receiving medical treatment there. We chose to leave without receiving our IV hydration therapy. This was supposed to be our first experience with IV hydration, but unfortunately it left us extremely disappointed. Professionalism, cleanliness, accurate paperwork, and respect for patients' time are all things I expect from any medical office, and this clinic fell short in every area. read more

After setting the next appointment and needing a required prescription for my health, taking time off work and arriving timely I was told that the doctor would not see me because I have a PPO! I'd been her patients once every for a year. left me high and dry and in need of urgent care to get my prescription. I wouldn't send a stray dog to her practice. read more

I gave 2 stars because the doctor and front staff were really nice and helpful. The offices isn't a "spa" but it seems clean. The prices for dysport were great when I went but the results only lasted 2 months. The doctor had told me would last 5 months so when I called to let them know the results were gone I was told "I can get you in but our prices have increased" I explained what the doctor had told me and that it didn't last even a 3 month average but again was told I can come back but at much higher prices. Why would I pay more for less then average results. I understand it can take a few times to learn about your client and placement but this feels like a dangled carrot to get you in then no follow up. The doctor is very gentle and seems to care about results but if she doesn't know how her clients feel she can't help. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been to some pretty terrible doctors, but my GOD was this place top three for absolute worst. I saw Dr. Janakiraman once during my initial visit with her, and it went starkly downhill from there. I have a disability and I scheduled subsequent visits with her as she is (was ) my PCP, however, she had someone else do my appointments for her WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW and she only showed up to those appointments in the last five minutes! Everything with her is a battle, from getting referrals, to setting appointments, and even having her inform you of your care and next steps for your care. Her and her office staff speak to you and treat you like you are nothing more than worthless and a nuisance. I was excited to have a fellow woman of color as my provider, but she has proven to be unprofessional and rude with the worst bedside manner. As a person who works in social services myself, I have a question for those who work here: why would you become a doctor if you are not willing to be empathetic and listen to your patients? Update: I went back in for a follow up and Dr. Janakiraman had a patient on speaker in the open and discussing her care openly - I don't know much about HIPPA laws but I am certain that is a violation of this patients privacy. The clinic had at least 3 people in the waiting room and a few in the exam rooms with doors open. I wouldn't want my medical business aired to a "clinic" full of people and it sounded like Dr. J had really angered this patient- I felt bad for her and it sounded like she just wanted some help. The whole thing left me with a really bad taste in my mouth and solidified my resolve to find a better doctor. Dr. J kept telling this patient that she needed a better doctor and I think I, for one, will take her advice. It still bothers me that the photos she is using to represent this clinic are not of this clinic at all. This is from a clinic that was shut down when she was affiliated with Sutter. She is no longer affiliated with them but represents herself as a Sutter doctor and uses the Sutter system (as she still has privileges in another part of their hospital) . Her clinic looks nothing like the pictures and is very run down and dirty with equipment that does not work. I don't think you could find more red flags when seeking medical care but don't ignore them! I have found a new doctor and am much happier- probably best to seek your care elsewhere. read more

This allows a continuity of care which is so rare and unusual these days & for which we are so grateful. It's as close as you'll get to concierge care. read more

Worst place to receive care with a doctor that doesn't care. I went to establish myself as a patient and after the first appointment, I felt hopeful for the first time in a long time. Their office was extremely dingy and not welcoming at all with broken equipment and stained furniture but I was willing to overlook that because I was excited about seeing Dr. Janakiraman. She would need to submit a prior authorization to the insurance company for me to start medication but the prior authorization she submitted was denied because she did not include the correct paperwork. She originally told me it was denied and "there's nothing more we can do for you." After just one visit? No other options? (We all know that's not right.) After calling my insurance and getting more information, they sent her a template with the information they needed for 2 types of medication that would help me and she still stood by their initial denial- not even willing to submit the second authorization for the other medication. She made up her mind that she did not want to provide care for me and left me hanging. She did not give me any information about next steps or was even willing to take another look to correct the mistake that she made. She told me she was affiliated with Sutter when she is not and even called to yell at me when I just needed her to fix her mistake so I can get better. She accused me of being rude and disrespectful and even hung up the phone on me when I tried to get her to reconsider. I have never been treated this horribly by someone who took an oath to provide care for people and she should not be practicing medicine. This is not a good place to get care. To dr. J- there are plenty of jobs in the medical community where you can be involved in care and not have to see patients because clearly you're not good at that. Maybe look into radiology? Sonography? Something else. This isn't your thing and I'm embarrassed for you. read more
