I am utterly disgusted by the response to my review on this AWFUL company. But sadly, I'm truly not surprised. This company did nothing but lie and turn their heads. Whenever something was broken, there was nobody around to fix it. Whenever there was a disturbance from another apartment, no one could be found to resolve and put a stop to it. (Loud music, shouting, parties, etc.) I'm laughing so hard at the "monthly pest control." There was never pest control, let alone MONTHLY. Ask anyone in this complex. Nobody ever came and sprayed for bugs. We all complained about it. Even the new manager told me that there were so many complaints about cockroaches, that that ended up being one of the first things the new management took care of!!!!! OKAY WHOEVER YOU ARE, PLEASE UPLOAD PROOF OF ME DUMPING TRASH ANYWHERE?????? I don't tolerate LYING, especially when my name is involved. So come on, sir. Show me the proof of me doing what? "Dumping food and trash in front of my and other people's apartments"???? Why the hell would I do that??????? You're an absolute waste and a psychopath. Defend your shit company all you want, but don't spread LIES about people that PAY YOUR CHECK. Disgusting. You honestly just made yourself look even worse. I pulled out my bathroom drawer one day and the nails popped off and it fell on the ground in pieces. I asked somebody to fix it. Not only did it take forever, but I shit you not, THE PERSON THEY HIRED SUPER GLUED IT BACK TOGETHER. SUPER GLUED!!! A broken drawer with rusty nails sticking out of it, and your idea of fixing it, is to take out the nails and super glue the wood together? THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE AND WILL DO THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM FOR THEIR TENANTS. EVERYONE HERE COMPLAINED ABOUT BUGS AND THIS COMPANY DID NOTHING FOR US. THE NEW MANAGEMENT HERE HAS NOW EXTERMINATED ALL BUGS AND FIXED EVERY PROBLEM (broken, rusty shelves, broken toilet, leaks, loose front door, broken front gate meaning no safety or protection, the list goes on) THAT THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO. Carnahan Dexter Property Management has been phenomenal not only in taking care of my rental properties but delivering personal service for my tenants. I very rarely comment on yelp but when I do, it is because the company has gone above and beyond! When one of my tenants had an emergency occur with a broken water pipe at 2 am on a weekend, they called CDPM and they got a plumber there within 30 minutes to fix it. I have worked with other companies and thank my lucky stars that I found a group of people who love my homes like they are their own. read more

This review is for Willow Gardens homeowners association which is managed by Carnahan Dexter. Luci, a "manager", doesn't care about maintenance requests and only sits there for her paycheck. She got very disrespectful and raised her voice on the phone with me when I said that my roof was damaged, leaked during rain which damaged laminate floor in the house. She ignored my emails and calls until I said I will complain to her supervisor. The board members do not let the owners freely speak at the HOA meeting, they do not want to hear the owners expressing their opinions and speaking about maintenance requests at the meeting. At the last meeting that I attended, about 7 owners showed up and every one tried speaking about their maintenance requests they submitted but never heard a response from the members. The board members just said to contact Luci. They told everyone they will only look into major maintenance requests as the budget is scarce. In my case, they said I made the problem up and everything is fine. Months after, they didn't get back to me regarding this. Sadly the owners cannot trust the board members and are expected to be quiet and live as is. read more

I hired this company to manage property that was more like a family member than a house... I hired them out of desperation, when I was stuck overseas, with no other options, and no time to do research. I was incredibly freaked out by having anyone touch my home. They not only did the job, but they handled me, and the house with TLC. I was blessed to have found them, and am so disappointed that my financial situation went sour and I had to lose them. If I ever need someone to manage property again, they would be my number one choice. I would recommend them to everyone. Tyson was always respectable, and incredibly helpful. And Lucy went way above and beyond. Even office staff, who really had NO responsibility to me whatsoever (Jocelyn) were AMAZING. And, just for the record, some people have bad experiences, and I see a review below that is very negative... but if you are going to judge them by a review pick this one, and even feel free to email me- they had no reason to be so incredible except for the mere fact that they just are.
