I signed up for a monthly wash but realized I wasn't using it enough to justify the cost, so I went online to cancel my account back in December 2025. When I returned from a trip, I noticed I was still being charged, and the account had never been closed. It was frustrating, especially since there's no customer service number to reach a live agent. Thankfully, I was finally able to speak with the manager, Jeremy, and he completely turned the situation around. He listened, understood my concerns, and resolved everything with excellent customer service. And I can't forget Adi because this young lady stayed calm, patient, and professional even while I was frustrated and hoping for a quick resolution. I truly appreciate both of you. I thought the staff was curious and the self-service detail and vacuum was well stocked. I appreciated that they didn't insist on buying a membership. That seems rare these days! I will mention, DO NOT Clean your windows with the provided cleaner. It will leave a film that is hard to clean away. read more

-Management Daniel I came in for a full hand wash--inside and out. I want to be clear: I am genuinely the last person to complain. If I get the wrong food order, I eat it and move on. That's how little I enjoy conflict. But this experience crossed a line. The interior wasn't even fully cleaned. Trash was still left in the vehicle, bugs remained on the windshield, and the windows were visibly dirty and smudged. I sent my partner back the same day to address it, but the night manager told us I personally had to return the next morning at 7:30 AM. Annoying, but fine--I showed up as instructed. Then the morning manager told me he couldn't speak to customers before 8:00 AM. Frustrating, but I tried to be accommodating and said I'd call instead. I called twice that day and left two messages. No one ever called me back. The following morning, I had to return again--this time at 8:00 AM--with my 4-month-old baby. At that point, the manager stated I would not receive a refund because I had tipped the employee who cleaned my car. To clarify: I tipped before I ever looked at the vehicle. I tipped out of kindness because the employee appeared to be having a rough day. The tip was given out of generosity, not because the job was done properly. After questioning the condition of the car, the manager said, "How do I know you didn't put the trash there after you left?" That comment was insulting. I am many things, but I have integrity. He did offer to re-service the vehicle himself, but by that point, I no longer felt comfortable giving this business any more of my time. Accountability had already been lost. Getting a car wash is a luxury--I understand that. But basic standards still apply. Management failed to hold themselves or their team accountable and instead relied on excuses to deny a refund. This was my first visit on 11.23.25 to get my Mercedes Benz cleaned up. Well the service I received was sub standard. My windows were streaked and there were water spots all over my car. Bird droppings still on my car The inside was vacuum but my car was still dusty. I didn't do a walk around and that's my fault but I did leave Dejuan a $10 tip which now he definitely didn't deserve. I am very unhappy with the service. I left a voice message for the manager. Please if you go there or anywhere else make sure you do a walk around and inspect your vehicle before you leave and not be naive like I was today. read more

He suggested the $25 was that would include my tires and everything a complete dry and wipe down afterwards. I guess because I was in a lil prius they didn't feel the need to do a thorough job and they were counting on me leaving and not checking it out. And Yes I had tip money ready for them! I purchased the membership and everything was fine. I recently moved and forgot to cancel. They took the funds out of my account. So I go to the website to have funds refunded as I dont live anywhere near one of these car washes anymore. Advise on the website that I want to cancel my membership, and I would like a refund. Fast forward a few days later they attempt to run my card again, after I sent in the request. They don't want to cancel my membership, they don't want to refund, and I've still yet to hear anything back from them. Calling the phone numbers is useless. read more

Carnation Auto Spa, formerly Car Wash Mania is a one star for me. I don't know if this facility just changed their name, or changed ownership, but the same problems still exist: 1. blowers that are supposed to dry your car off upon exiting do not work properly, leaving your car soaked after exiting. 2. their staff do not wipe the excess water off of your car if you pay for a basic wash, as I again discovered when the rude woman at that station with a scowl on her face mouthed, "No", and waived me away. Get ready to drive away with water spots if you don't have a rag or towel of your own to dry it off yourself. 3. They do not supply any cleaning products, rags etc. for cleaning your car interior, as some of the other car wash companies do. Not even via vending machine for one-time use products. All in all, it's pointless to drive in for a car wash only to leave with your car covered in water spots. The only positive for this visit was the very friendly guy manning the register. read more

After all the rain and travel I found myself needing a car wash, since I had lots of bug splatter I decided on a full service car wash. Be warned this is not a full service car wash although the price gave that aura. I paid for the wash went through with the car and waited for my car to be towel dried, it was but very little effort put into it, the do no vacuum or clean inside you do. I passed several do it yourself car washes to get here and ended up with water spots, dirty windows and vacuum myself. read more

I can't say enough about this car wash. It was recently taken over by my new owners it's nothing like it was in the past. David is the manager and he went out of his way to help me. I can see he is a great boss, treats employees with respect, and makes sure everything is efficient and super clean! Spend the extra money some time and have them do your interior. I'm 52 and it's the best mini detail I've ever had plus affordable price! While you are waiting they provide complementary coffee, refrigerated bottled water, and ice for water bottles. I was there on a Saturday and they even had boxes of donuts for the customers. Lastly, spend $5 and sit in one of the two massage chairs. I've been in many massage chairs too but this was incredible. I should have checked time when I started but I feel it went for 30 minutes. Worth every penny! You WILL NOT be disappointed, give this place a try! read more

Guy was rude and I go there every week sometimes two or three times if it rains and the man that's normally there I believe as a manager he's usually so polite and so respectful but this guy was a heavyset guy today he was rude didn't even speak help me sit there. Do not come here. I came here for the second time today. The first time I came I spoke to a really nice man who left my car spotless with their $40 service. Today, they complained and said I needed to pay for the $100 service so they can wipe my seats and I told them to just give me whatever the $40 service entails. So I got my car back looking basically the same as when I brought it in - it wasn't even vacuumed properly: I am currently on my way to a different car wash because my car is still not clean. Very disappointing considering how good the service was last time. I will not be back. read more
