ON the 25th returning from an errand on the way to Meet Chris my transmission blew. Once I got my vehicle home, Chris came out and did an inspection for my vehicle for repairs consisting of Engine & Transmission rebuild. On March 27th Chris came out and conducted an inspection. Verified issues, confirmed work to be done. We Discussed adding an aftermarket CAM which required a higher price. Confirmed part and Price. Later that evening I paid my $3,000 deposit on nearly a $6,000 job. Today is April 10th - My truck is still sitting in my driveway. Ive been told Chris has had heart failure, blood clots and other complications. Cannot confirm information. They're so called mechanic was also supposed to come out but never did. Ive been told at least 4 different times they were coming to get my truck whether it was a tow truck or them towing it and never showed. Before making the decision, I probably asked Anthony more questions than most customers. I went back and forth on what services to get, and he was always patient, never pushy, and took the time to explain the pros and cons so I could make the right decision for us. At no point did I feel pressured to add anything I didn't want. I also spent way too much time trying to decide how dark to go with the tint. Anthony walked me through the different options, explained how the white interior would affect the appearance from the outside, and shared what he had on his own vehicle. In the end, I trusted his recommendation and simply told him to tint it like his car. I'm really glad I did because it turned out exactly the way I was hoping. When we picked up the car, we knew we had made the right choice. The Quicksilver paint looks incredible. The depth and gloss from the ceramic coating really stand out, the PPF installation is practically invisible, and the tint came out perfect. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the entire car were outstanding. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Anthony genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in making sure everything is done right. He treated our car with the same care and attention that I would expect if it were his own. My husband thoroughly cleaned our boat before we left to have it ready for him to be able to focus on deep cleaning inside and out. When we came back, we were SHOCKED to find that this guy had left our cover off (just laying in the yard), our boat was FILTHY from debris and bird poop and whatever he used to "clean" our seats had stained them. Not to mention the outside had not been touched. Our boat looked much worse than we left it and it cost us $300. He told us he would send our check back, but we never saw it. If he had sent our money back, I would've chalked it up to a bad experience and moved on. It also cost us another $600 to get his work fixed. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

Planning to go back and have them wrap some more of the chrome on my truck in the very near future. These guys are awesome, if you need any of tent or wrap done, Alex is the man. And in the same shop I had Shine lab do some bodywork for me. And I talk to one of the guys that works for the audio portion and he was very helpful and they all just seem like honest fair guys that want to help you get your ride where you want it to be.
