I never leave bad reviews, but that was one of the worst manicure experiences I've ever had. The…read moretechnician was extremely rough and caused multiple fingers to bleed during the manicure. It was painful throughout, but the worst part was when he made a mistake on one of my nails and, instead of properly fixing it, he cut a wedge out of my natural nail. This left a visible chunk missing and caused a painful wound. I left with several bleeding fingers, damage to my nail, and a lot of discomfort. I'm STILL in pain and it's been a few days since my appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but the roughness, lack of care, and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon based on my experience. No customer should leave a manicure appointment bleeding and in pain.
