I also hate it when these people talk in their language in front of you and you don't know what they're saying. when I had my one nail fixed with an overlay of acrylic as it's cracks at the tip this young man was very unkind. Came here on impulse, as I awaited for my son to complete his work at store within the plaza. To my delight, the staff and other customers were super friendly - on a Saturday afternoon! When I arrived, I was given a15 minute walk-in waiting period. However, I only had to wait for 5-8 minutes. The chairs were comfortable and the staff were polite. The salon was clean - including rest room . I liked that even on a busy afternoon, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Nam and Jane -awesome! read more

Horrible, horrendous, apathetic customer service. The man that did my feet didn't look at what he was doing. He was looking every where BUT at the task at hand. I asked him questions and tried to engage him in conversation...totally ignored me. I thought perhaps she didn't speak English well. He was rough and didn't pay attention to detail. I had to point to my toes for him to show them a little love because he outright disregarded them. He got annoyed and then scrubbed them way harder than he needed. That much force was totally unnecessary. He doesn't put lotion on my feet, just my legs. Then he put my shoes I walked in on my feet, walks away and tells me to follow him. So I'm confused as to what is going on right now. I wanted to get a gel overlay on my fingernails. He said "you can gel". I'm like ok. He walks away and I sit....and sit...then the woman working next to me starts with the polish. I said I didn't pick a polish for my nails, only my toes and he didn't put that on. I did not know what was going on. I picked a gel polish so starts to put that on my nails. Tell me why it cost $60 for only fingernail polish on my nails and toes. They charged $15 for using gel polish on my hands and feet. Never again will I go there. I expected the $15 for the gel polish bc that was listed on their price list. But $15 on top of the $25 for the pedi...insane. But, that is their business and I DO NOT have to frequent. ***UPDATE*** The gel nail polish they used that was supposed to last a long time, chipped after 2 days. This place is a dump. Dirty, messy. Expense for the quality. Pedicure $28. Was the quickest worst pedicure in my life. Took the guy 25 minutes. I am under the impression the leg massage is less than 30 seconds by their standards here. Nail polish was untidied, sloppily left on my skin. The nail tech did not offer to trim or file my nails. I've been going to this nail salon for about 6 months now since switching from my old one. I am VERY picky about my nails from growing up in north jersey so when I saw thier work I decided to try them out. Jen is the only one I will go to. She is patient and detailed and even when there is a line of people she wont rush and do a crappy job like other salons. She also does exactly what I want, exactly how I want it with my nail shapes and designs. Im very pleased with her. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because about 2 weeks ago Jen went on vacation and I had to get my nails filled during that time. Well, theres another lady with glasses that works there and so I called and set an appt with her earlier in the day. When I got there, it was pretty busy but I had an appt so i thought it would go quickly. Boy, was I wrong. There were SEVERAL people that walked in after me that she took before me! I was so pissed off, she kept looking at me like she was doing it on purpose. Finally, she told me to sit at a chair and then she still did at least 3 other people before she even started my nails. Smh, she really irritated me that day. I will NEVER let her work on me ever again! Jen is the only reason I continue to go here. She is the best in the Bridgeville/Seaford area. read more

Staff is always very nice to me. Even if I haven't been in the salon in weeks, they still remember who I am. I live in Seaford and feel this salon is much cleaner than the places in town. The prices are reasonable. They also did a great job on my eyebrows. It's not a spa experience but you're also not paying spa prices. read more

The worst service ever...this is the second time I have gone in and the owner refused to see me. Told me she was busy when she only had one person that she was working on and no one waiting. There have been times I have gone in and she has ignored me and taken others before me. I go there often because it is the closest nail salon to where I live. Although the person who did my manicure did an excellent job, the place itself was not appealing. It didn't feel or look clean. I wouldn't go back, because I would be afraid of getting an infection. Staff is also not welcoming (a very common problem n this area). If they clean up their act, they would get a lot of business. I live in a large retirement community. Most of the ladies get manicures on a regular basis, but travel to Salusbury MD, where the salons are much better. This is really an untapped market. read more

A friend and I just had pedicures a couple of days ago. We've come here occasionally for pedis over the past few years. Our recent visit was not one of the best. I asked if I could soak my feet for a few minutes before they started and the young lady reluctantly said yes. (No one else was waiting to get a mani or pedi!) I had a female do my pedicure and she did a pretty good job although she sort of rushed through it. My friend had the male do her pedi and he REALLY rushed through it! He was starting to paint her nails so she asked him if he was "done already?" She said he didn't spend very much time at all on her feet, etc., or the usual lotion and massage to the lower legs. Also, I was seated before her but she was finished before me! This will probably be the last time I spend my $$ here. I'd also like to add that I agree with the other poster who said staff is not very welcoming here. read more
