Once again Jackie knocked it out of the park! I love my Christmas nails! She, and everyone else there, are fantastic.

I asked for a very colorful acrylic design and Anna did not disappoint. She painstakingly picked every polish color and did not stop until I was totally satisfied!! Best experience ever.

Very satisfied!! They were very friendly and the salon was very clean. I came in and showed a picture and the nails came out way better than the picture!! I am very happy with them! Jackie was my nail tech and she killed it!!

I'm from out of town and decided to research open local Salons for a Sunday and Pearl Nail popped up and the reviews were great! I walked in asking for a full face wax and at first they didn't have any available. It looked liked all their staff was busy so that was understandable but before I walked out they asked if I minded waiting for 15 minutes? Of course not so I waited patiently and the hostess that did my face was absolutely wonderful! She was super friendly, kind and took care of my face so gently all while being proficient. The place was super clean too! It smelled great because they had a essential oils machine going on. Highly recommend this place. Thank You!

You're paying for quality. For a gel manicure with butterfly stickers, regular polish basic pedicure with butterfly stickers $73. My husband had a regular mani/pedi with parafin to both his hands and feet. He's in heaven for $70. They treat you so nicely. My husband absolutely loved this after his foot surgery. They were gentle on his operated foot making him feel so much better! Definitely recommend!

This salon completely saved the day and we are so grateful for their entire staff! We were in town this past weekend for my best friends wedding and made appointments at another salon nearby for nails. The bride was treated horribly there from the moment she walked in the door. She was sobbing getting her pedicure because the staff was being so rude and snapping at her. She ended up walking out of the first salon and came to Pearl Nail and Spa where she was treated like a queen. They squeezed her in and gave her the bridal manicure that she was dreaming of and in record time. Every single person in this salon has a heart of gold and were nothing short of amazing and kind. Thank you Pearl Nails for helping to make my best friends day so special!! We couldn't have done it without you!! read more

This salon charges a lot for the lackluster service they provide. The pedicure is zero frills (the most basic I've ever had) and the dip manicure left my nails so brittle one broke the very next day. There were two people in the salon with me that day that also had either 1) their nail broken right after getting it done or 2) polish come off quickly. I was also really disappointed in the quality of the dip job on the manicure - it looked bumpy like I did it myself; not like I would expect from a salon. read more

Not a "walk-in" salon as advertised, I walked in 4 minutes after opening to a basically empty ( one client and 2-3 staff) salon and asked for a pedicure and was told they were waiting for their next appointment and they were booked all day. If their website said appointments only I would have understood, however it didn't. I've worked in a spa for 20 years and would never turn someone away without an apology especially if the website was misleading. Customer service and website could use some improvement read more

Last minute call in and the gentleman accepted me for a basic pedicure. Tania did a wonderful job on my tired feet. The staff here are very nice and they all work really hard. I thought 45.00 dollars was a bit much for a basic pedicure without water treatment , but my polish job is really nice. I took one star off due to the amount of small knats that infiltrated the salon and the fact that the front door was left open, the knats/ mosquitos really stressed me out. Overall nice salon that I will visit when I am in town. read more

Waste of money. Polish job on nails looks like a 7 year old did it. Toe nails filed uneven and finger nails. This place has a lot of nerve charging the high prices that it does for services that the workers don't really know how to do properly. read more

I'm a regular and have tried a few other salons in the area. Trey and Anna are the owners and are great. The shop is very clean and the staff is friendly and good. Appointments are generally required including in the off season. read more

The quality of the work they do is excellent. I have very weak nails from being sick and this salon is the only I have found where they last a good four to five weeks using dip powder. I wait until I am at the beach to have my nails done. They are excellent and well worth the trip. read more

This salon is run by Trey and his wife, Anna. I have my nails done by Anna and a pedicure by one of the other young ladies. I had acrylics put on and filled every two weeks. Anna does such a good job, even treating my cuticles. Whomever does the pedicure is also very thorough, pumicing your heels and foot until it is smooth. Some salons just go through the motions. I highly recommend this salon. Just make an appointment in the summer months so you can get seen. They do take walk-ins but it gets very busy during the summer months. read more

Love this salon. Everyone working here is friendly, professional and really good at what they do. I got a pedicure and it was perfect. I asked if I should have arrived 5am because that's the only time I could think of that I would be sure to get parking. You guys have a spa that is in a hotel but the spa guests can't use the parking space.. Maybe that's what you need to worry about Mr John or use that loud mouth of yours to push for a parking area for spa guests. 1other time I came and couldn't find parking and the receptionist arranged for me to park in the hotel parking lot. I did not know that was a 1 time situation, but thanks to BIG J's scolding, I now know. It was strange telling a grown man not to speak to me that way and stop attacking me as if he knew me personally. His response was, 'Well you don't know me either.' Bruh, well that's my point. I am a customer to you, spending hundreds of dollars for your service even brought my family there. Don't treat me like an enemy you have a vendetta against. I won't be going back there as long as John is there.. Disappointed

Because of Covid, they have you pick out your nail color when you're sitting down and we were also pretty spaced out from other people. They did a pretty good job. My technician rushed a bit so it wasn't the best pedicure I've ever had but it was decent. They let us sit in the chairs while our nails dried which was nice, the massage chairs are the best part! At the end they charged my friend incorrectly on her CC so it took a bit to figure all that out. Overall it was enjoyable but not the best I've ever had.

It was painful throughout, but the worst part was when he made a mistake on one of my nails and, instead of properly fixing it, he cut a wedge out of my natural nail. This left a visible chunk missing and caused a painful wound. I left with several bleeding fingers, damage to my nail, and a lot of discomfort. I'm STILL in pain and it's been a few days since my appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but the roughness, lack of care, and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon based on my experience. No customer should leave a manicure appointment bleeding and in pain.

I went to this shop for my daughter's birthday tattoo on my shoulder. My husband had originally…read moremade the appointment but couldn't make it, so I went instead. The artist John became extremely rude "even though I was a returning costumer"- he started yelling and refused to do my tattoo just because the appointment wasn't under my name. He then sent me to another artist who unfortunately did a poor-quality job. I left feeling disrespected and upset. I wouldn't recommend this shop due to their unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for customers. The first tattoo i did with him was a mermaid I was very happy with it, but when I came back filling my husband appointment he refused to do my tattoo He can't deny is him Yest that's your shop at Rehoboth beach Delaware

I recently moved to the area and found it difficult to find just the right nail salon. Luckily, I found Pearl Nail & Spa! I generally prefer the dipping powder in a French manicure. Anna has now done my nails twice and I am exceptionally pleased with her work. She is meticulous in every aspect of the process, as well as being kind and gentle. I was incredibly happy with our service at Pearl today. We had 5 people in our party, which they handled really well and were super nice and friendly to us. Lo did an amazing job with my nails and is a true artist. She took her time to make what I wanted perfect. I highly recommend her but really you can't go wrong with all of the staff. Lovely, lovely little nail salon. Very clean (all new tools, liners in the pedicure tubs, and saw an employee cleaning the entire pedicure chair with disinfectant cleaner after the person next to me left), and the gentleman who did my pedicure was so very nice and did an excellent job (my assumption is that he is the owner). read more

i LOVE this salon, I'm a local and I've always lived in Delaware this is the best salon around. The staff is so nice and friendly, and they always do such a good job on my nails. I got the cutest Christmas nails ever today, just a 10 out of 10 experience. won't ever go anywhere else now, would recommend to anyone!!! read more

I've been going to Pearl Nail & Spa for quite some time now. After trying many different salons, this one is by far the best! Their quality is unparallel. The polish lasts LONGER than 3 weeks without chipping or breaking. Tre and his staff are very accommodating and friendly. read more

My pedicure wasn't very thorough even for others the soles of our feet were barely scrubbed, leaving rough areas that I expected would be smoothed out. My husband also noticed several hanging pieces of dead skin around his nails that weren't trimmed or cleaned up, making the finished pedicure look incomplete. The technician happily did it again. I understand they were busy, but I would have preferred more attention to detail, especially for the price of $370 which doesn't even include tip, I expected a bit better experience. With more time spent on each customer, this salon has the potential to provide a much better experience because the cleanliness and atmosphere are already there. The online booking system is convenient, but multiple times I scheduled appointments specifically with Mike (who is great!), only to arrive and be assigned to someone else. On top of that, my gel nails began peeling and cracking within a week when another tech did them, which should not happen with quality work. To avoid further issues, I booked my appointment days in advance and only with Mike as selected tech and even called the morning of to confirm both the time and that Mike would be available. Despite doing everything correctly on my end, I arrived 7 mins early for my 4:45 appointment only to find the salon already behind schedule with walk-ins. I was then told Mike would not be available until 5:30 -- 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The owner, Ivy, eventually called me back 5 mins later and suggested I return later or have another technician come from their Millville location. Unfortunately, after already leaving work early and driving there, that was not a realistic solution. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but repeatedly prioritizing walk-ins over scheduled appointments is frustrating and unprofessional. The inconsistency in both customer service and nail quality has made it difficult for me to continue supporting this salon.

It was painful throughout, but the worst part was when he made a mistake on one of my nails and, instead of properly fixing it, he cut a wedge out of my natural nail. This left a visible chunk missing and caused a painful wound. I left with several bleeding fingers, damage to my nail, and a lot of discomfort. I'm STILL in pain and it's been a few days since my appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but the roughness, lack of care, and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon based on my experience. No customer should leave a manicure appointment bleeding and in pain.
