Excellent service, fresh meats and an adorable local shop! We went in as a family to purchase birthday meats. The cashier recognized that we were first time visitors and came out to offer us a tour of the place! We gladly accepted. There are local side dishes, fresh bread, sauces & spices in addition to a variety of meats in both the fresh cases and the freezers. There were also deserts, freezer family meals, and wine. I had filets for my birthday and my daughter chose the steakburgers - both were phenomenal in taste and quality. We will be return customers for sure! read more

They have a lot to offer in terms of food quality and service but they lack immensely in affordability. This shop offers prime cut meats of beef and pork, seafood, and pre-made casseroles, sides, and sweets. I ordered two prime ribeye steaks and a medium size container of slaw. The steaks were perfect as ever and the slaw was amazing. In the end, the meat cost about $43 and the container of slaw was $13. This is not a working man's everyday butcher shop. For people like me, this is a once a month/holiday store for nice meats. read more

Nice neighborhood butcher, friendly, great selection of meats from beef to chicken to pork and fish. Military discount a plus, prices reasonable for a fresh butcher compared to a grocery store run of the mill operation. So how was it? Excellent! Got 4 rib eyes for NYE, we ordered Saturday and picked up on Monday, no wait or confusion or getting it wrong. Everything was spot on. The steaks we delicious, fatty where it should be, tender and it can get, tasty and more beef flavorful than a std grocery store beef. Visited the historic downtown area and also Swan Lake then made a pitstop here to pick up steak and shrimp for that night. We honestly haven't had such a tender juicy delicious steak in probably 10 years!! My wife and I bought a rather thick and beautiful ribeye and split it honestly incredible!! and this is coming from a guy who was in the restaurant business for 15 years no joke amazing worth every penny and it ain't cheap! read more
