I was at this practice for 4 hours, and any test they could have given me they gave me. They found it highly unusual that a healthy 34-year-old woman would faint and did all the imaging and stress testing they could. I was appreciative that they went to such great lengths to rule heart problems out of my reason for fainting. I left with a holter monitor which came back with no detectable arrythmias. With their thoroughness I can rest easy that this fainting experience was a one off and my heart is in good shape.

My discerning, intelligent mother, now in her 90's, went there with Dad from when practice opened, and always receives top-notch care. My father had a pacemaker installed and replaced, and was and felt cared for by the office. I do not live nearby, but have been seeing Dr Friedman as well. This is a heart care facility and it is run by John Hopkins Community Physicians Heart Care. I know that you probably aren't supposed to comment about the decor in a doctor's office, but it was decorated for the holidays with warmth and whimsy. It really does take your mind off going in for a test. I am used to seeing my cardiologist, but he wasn't overseeing this test. The doctor I saw today was very nice. But, definitely not warm and comforting like Dr. Kumkumian. The technician who was also helping with the test was very nice too. She was very supportive. So, in summary, the office is a very efficient and professional heart care team. I recommend them for their care and expertise.

It is difficult to rate my experience with JH Community Physicians as I am seeing a few and just…read morebegan. It's not something you sum up. Each doctor, NP, and PA have their own strengths. It feels inappropriate to give a general reference. I will limit this response to "it's a more convenient way for those not living near Baltimore to be able to see JH approved physicians. It is difficult securing appointments when needed- they are in high demand. Would like to see more immediate availability and more tenured doctors to select without needing to drive to Baltimore. Otherwise, JH has been a blessing for me.
