When I decided to upgrade my projector, I only made one call- to Bart at CCS. I had done some online research, and had settled on what I thought would be the best fit for my room. After Bart got on the job, he showed me a completely different option I had not thought about, and as usual, Bart was right. I love the picture of my new Sony 285e. The difference between true 4K and pixel shifting is great. Robert and Kevin came to do my install and were SUPER quick and efficient. We had a niche above the fireplace where we wanted our 65" flat screen, the not only hung it PERFECTLY, but hooked up my direct tv as well so that it would stay centered. lol! Everything was on time and way under budget. Even with a few last-minute changes, Chris was helpful and accommodating and just went above and beyond to make things perfect. The guys who did the install were on time, clean, neat, polite, knowledgable and very helpful. They explained the remote and how things worked together with the new sound system, TV, and old equipment like the record player and VHS player. Everything works together seamlessly! They even helped her move the old heavy CRT TV into another room. They explained everything in easy to understand terms, and made sure she had everything she wanted and nothing that was unnecessary or over the top for her needs.
