Ana was very helpful very knowledgeable very friendly very clean and they have a really nice area where you can come in and sit on some nice couches and have like a little office area. Healthy delicious meal replacement shakes, drinks, and snacks run by the cutest and sweetest person. The cost is on the pricey side but they are really tasty and refreshing. Favorites are Oatmeal Raisin Cookie and Orange Cinnamon Roll ("off-menu" but they'll make it for you). Understand that this is Herbalife-based and so there is a MLM side of the business that may come out during weight loss challenges, but the new owners have never pushed that on us. We don't love the background music, but it may just be us. Though they will often close for holidays, their hours are also much more convenient now. If you're not sure just call ahead. A good place to drop by in January to engage in some self-care and start undoing all the holiday season damage. read more

With your shake order you also get an aloe shot, meant as a digestive aid, and an unsweetened green tea (in various flavors, I love raspberry). I originally found Carolina Nutrition just place looking for a smoothie place but when I learned about the health supplements and services it made it even better... Now I'm a regular and I always order the probiotic supplement because it honestly makes the shake even creamier. This place is an all around win. This is not your typical smoothie place, after seeing their awesome Instagram posts and hearing from friends how wonderful it was I decided to give it a try. I walked in and Kelci immediately greeted me, and asked if I'd been in before. I love immediate acknowledgment when I walk into a business, something about it just screams great customer service. They did not disappoint! You choose what you want off the menu and they give you a little aloe drink beforehand you get your smoothie and then you also get your choice of tea to take with you. I ended up getting the summer splash which was orange juice banana and strawberry with 24 g of protein. Usually these drinks taste Chalkie but this did not at all. It was delicious the aloe drink was a mango flavor it was delicious and the raspberry tea that I got to take with me was also delicious! I will be back again and again, I am a customer for life! Kelci and her crew are always smiling, helpful, patient, and best of all, kind. It's not always easy to find that these days in a culture of "go-go-go" and "I'm just looking out for me." Excellent business. Their smoothies are delicious and chocked full of protein which keeps me full the entire day so I don't turn to mid-afternoon carb snacking. My personal fav is the Chunky Monkey (chocolate peanut butter banana). The customer service is even better as the people are just so dang nice!
