Great place, good juice, good service, clean store and I love that there is an option to order and pay without even talking to anyone.

I have been ill the past week with a virus of some sort and was in need of fresh pressed organic celery juice. I had very few options in my neighborhood. I began yelping and stumbled upon the positive reviews and decided to place a Uber Eats order to start my day. I decided on The Green juice with celery, ginger, fennel, cucumber and lemon and a immunity shot. Both arrived nice and chilled. The Green was very refreshing. I've heard awesome things about having celery juice first thing in the morning. The juices helped me power through my day. I would definitely visit in the near future for my organic juice fix. It's a time saver to avoid the hassle and work at home.

I like the concept. Staff were friendly. But almost $12.00 for a 16 ounce beverage before tip... I realize we are all experiencing increased costs. This is just a no go for repeat business for me.

Receipt of lack of agreed upon refund

My first visit to Clean Juice NH was incredibly disappointing and frustrating, and I regret to say that I won't be returning. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted, which set the tone for the poor customer service I encountered throughout my visit. I ordered a 24 oz 'Create Your Own' juice and an Acai bowl, which totaled nearly $32--far more than I anticipated for just two items. As the attendant started preparing my order, I noticed an unexpected charge of $5.50 on the receipt, labeled without any explanation. When I questioned the MOD (Manager on Duty) about it, she informed me that the charge was for requesting no ice in my drink. This revelation caught me off guard, as no one had mentioned this fee to me beforehand, nor was it posted anywhere in the store. I expressed my frustration, emphasizing that it was my first visit and the cashier failed to disclose this charge. While the MOD acknowledged the oversight, she did little to resolve the issue proactively. Eventually, after insisting on a refund for the undisclosed fee, the MOD agreed but only refunded $2.15 out of the $5.50. Feeling deceived and misled, I was thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. Even the quality of the juice and Acai bowl fell short of expectations, necessitating additional enhancements to improve their taste. To add to the poor service, the attendant handling my Acai bowl tossed it onto the counter rather than handing it to me or placing it neatly, and didn't even mention where I could find utensils. Given this unsatisfactory visit, I am seeking a response from the owner or district manager of Clean Juice NH for a full refund and an explanation regarding the misleading charges and lack of transparency. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I have no intention of patronizing Clean Juice NH in the future. Update (4 days later): I was still awaiting a reply from leadership regarding this matter (only received 7/12/24). When I did not receive one, I filed a dispute with my bank due to the unethical actions of the employee. The MOD that day did actually did not process the agreed-upon refund. The next morning, I checked my bank account, and was still charged the full amount. The partial refund of $2.15 (not agreed on) was never issued, despite the second receipt indicating so. Furthermore, this amount does not make sense, as the MOD had verbally agreed to refund the full $5.50. Neither amount has been credited back to me. Again, the charge for "no ice" was not disclosed at the time of purchase, not posted anywhere, nor communicated by the associate. It feels as though my money has been taken without proper explanation, justification, or rectification. I have both receipts to support this (as seen below in prev. post), and it appears the transaction was mishandled. This reflects poorly on the business, suggesting a lack of honesty and reliability. I also suggest retraining of the staff on clearly communicating charges to all customers, especially those who are visiting for the first time, like myself. I have emailed the owner at her request (per her google review reply) and am awaiting/anticipating her reply. Update: As of 7/14/24, the owner has not responded to my two emails, despite requesting that I send them (per her google review response). I now consider the matter closed and do not wish to pursue further discussion with her. I worked it out with my bank! Her lack of leadership likely explains the behavior of her associates.

Clean juice is a franchise juice and smoothie location. I think it's okay for a juice and smoothie bar. The ingredients are good and fresh. Service was good. They are a bit higher priced but it's too be expected with fresh juice and smoothies. It wasn't anything special but also wasn't a negative experience, just routine. They are located in midtown so if you go during peak times, it will be hard to find a place to park.

I love their juices because they are healthy and organic! I tried their new limited time refreshers which are so good! They have a new Dragon Fruit Lemonade and a Cucumber Pineapple. I also recommend the red juice if you love beets!

There are literally thousands of meal plan services out there, and as someone who has tried many of them, Clean Eatz is the most affordable, freshest, and easiest (microwave for two minutes and it's ready, without all the preservatives!) with the best ingredients. I love that their meal plans change every week for their in café options and that there is a tiered pricing structure that makes it accessible for families as well. They also have a rewards program, which is becoming more rare these days, and I really appreciate that! It makes me want to shop more knowing I am closer to a free bowl or 5 grab and go meals! I have also eaten in store with the food they make there and have always been impressed with the size quality and price of their menu offerings. If you don't love the meals that are offered during one week, you can always come in and grab some frozen grab and go meals that are easy to heat up in the microwave and still taste excellent! They have also expanded into pizzas, additional higher protein, options, breakfast sandwiches, desserts, and more. The owner is so friendly and really gives that locally owned, small business, neighborhood feel despite Clean Eatz being a franchise. I recommend Clean Eatz to literally anyone, anywhere and will continue to be a customer for as long as they're in business!

It's a a little tight on space with even less room due to the refrigerator of pre-made food. There's only 3 tables in the back that can fit 4 each but 2 are being used by the restaurant for take-out orders. There are also stools at the front just as you enter. Based on the above, it seems this place caters more to take out and catering orders rather than dining patrons. The accepted payments are cash and credit card only. The food is very good with a little overstuffing of spinach and big cucumbers to fill the wrap. It does live up to it's name with healthy offerings Even offers a bison burger! For take out and very small dine in groups (2-4), I'd highly recommend it, but not so much for dining in for large groups.

I ordered the crispy shredded beef with cheese arepa with the cilantro sauce and the chilled chicken avocado snack with chips. The shredded beef was very tender and flavorful, I tried it w/out and with the cilantro sauce, both bites were great; the price is not half bad being under six dollars. The chill chicken avocado snack with chips is another great option if you want something light. The mixture was very light and creamy. The chips were ok, they didn't have any seasoning, not sure if I got a bad batch or if they don't season the chips. If anyone goes before I visit again please let me know. I don't necessarily need the chips. The price for the snack is also under six dollars too. Guasaca has three locations in Raleigh (Lake BooneTrail, Spring Forest Rd and Hillsborough St.), I went to the Lake Boone location because that was the location I visited many years ago. This is a place I will be visiting again, I may try another location and I hope to have the same quality of food. Happy Eating!

I started with the lobster egg roll as my appetizer, and it was so delicious. The flavor of the egg roll was rich, and the sauce had a sweetness that paired nicely with the lobster. But when we walked in, four people were waiting at the counter with no staff in sight. We stood there for about four minutes until one of the customers told us that only one man runs the entire place. My wife suggested we leave, and honestly, it wasn't an easy decision since we were out of town and had already spent time researching where to eat. We decided to give it one more minute. A guy finally came out and seated our group of six. We even asked if he could manage serving us without getting overwhelmed, and he assured us it wouldn't be an issue. The restaurant is small--maybe room for 15-20 people--and most of their business seems to be takeout. People were constantly coming and going. We placed our order, and it took about 15-20 minutes. The biggest problem: they can only cook three meals at a time because their grill is small. That meant three of us got our food while the other three had to sit and wait. Not ideal. However, the food was excellent--rich flavor, great quality, and clearly the reason their takeout business is booming. Just a heads‑up: "fried rice" here means plain rice. No vegetables, no egg. Those cost extra. They included taxes when calculating for tips.
