She is a natural artist and has a great eye for photography. She is also very educated. Now a days there are many photographers who never took a single class, they just bought a good camera and called it their business, trouble shooting their way to slow success. Nicola, on the other hand, has a degree from a fancy photography institute (I'm not sure of the name). and always had a clear direction of how she wanted to run her business. Weddings are tricky, and wedding are her specialty! There are so many moving parts, and grumpy people to deal with. But Nicola handles it all with class and just the perfect amount of Scottish humor to get those grumpy people smiling. As for all those moving parts, let's just say that she can juggle and put out fires! She notices EVERY detail. The hair that's out of place, the stain you didn't notice. The one person who keeps closing their eyes. She's even likely to help you with that oh so important safety pin that will save the whole day. I wish I had known her when I got married. Oh well, she did a great job on my friend's wedding. Also, I have used her services for my business head shots, and for pictures of my puppies which I have posted here. I get compliments on those pictures every time someone sees them. I have many friends who have also used her services for businesss head shots, engadegements, pregnancy and baby pictures, and family portraits. She doesn't just take pictures, she looks into your soul and then takes the essence of that soul and encapsulates it in shot after shot after shot. Linda is a master at her craft. She literally tells stories with her photos. Linda did a session with my family a few years back when there were only 3 of us. I have my favorite photo from that session on my desk at work and I constantly get comments about what an amazing photo it is. One co-worker went so far to even ask me if it was a photo from a magazine. He couldn't believe it was my own family! When my little brood grew to four there was no question about who to call for a re-shoot. The session was magical from start to finish. She scouted locations in advance, was very detailed as far as what to expect and had suggestions for not only what colors would look great in this location, but what props would work amazingly. Linda is extremely professional and punctual. During our session she enjoyed herself as much as we did. My husband, two girls and I could not have felt more comfortable being ourselves around her and that is part of what makes Linda so special. She makes you feel right at home. Photography was number one on my list, even over my dress etc., because I expected it to be a memorable day and I wanted to cherish it for as long as I could. I knew that pictures would help with just that. There were several qualities I was looking for in photography, these being--intimate, timeless, and clear. After meeting with several photographers, I felt that Christine had these qualities consistently throughout her work. I think I actually reviewed her website first and then compared all photographers' website to her website. After meeting with Christine and reviewing her work personally, I knew I could trust her.
