They do not play with the dogs, the dogs just walk around the room or sit on the ground. There is an outdoor area, but they only go out once for a limited time. I know all of this because they have a camera that allows you to watch. We tried the grooming service twice, and both times they did not clip our labs nails. We went to another grooming location and they had no problem. She also had clumps of hair on her and was still very damp both times.
