It's Sat. & I just tried to call them to refill a script - and I can't even leave a voicemail for Mon. when the office reopens. Also frustrated that they would not refill a prescription UNTIL I had my cat examined. I convinced them to give me a partial refill when I scheduled the exam for the next week as I was recuperating from surgery. But they did not fill the script when I was there for my cat's exam...and I forgot to ask for it! So now I'm running out of a med that is critical

The prices are also FAR BELOW what I was accustomed to paying at my previous vets and I've literally never been upsold on something I didn't need (which is certainly not the case at other places) Example: cat needs his teeth cleaned. $180 at the animal clinic. Same procedure at the Eastown vet: $973 Prices are one thing but the true clincher is the compassion and love that everyone at this place has for animals. They are truly the best vet in the Grand Rapids area.

Staff member didn't appear to have maturity to handle challenges, or interested in our dog. Based upon what staff we've met, you might get a good experience, but you're just as likely to get told that any problem is because of you or your dog, and they can't help you. Oh, and they pre-charge for the services, so if you don't have a good experience, well, that must be because you did something wrong. Pleasant for their accounting, not so much for your dog.
