From lying about COVID cases contracted at school to denying employees a mandatory short break (just to name a few)... it seemed like an ugly situation from my point of view. I know how hard it can be to find childcare, and there are also certainly some positives at this small neighborhood school, but based on my perspective, I would encourage families to look elsewhere.

They are a excellent family center, with a pool available for both lap swim and recreational swim time (and you can rent it for birthday parties and other events). It has two weight rooms, an aerobic excercise room which was just upgraded with new equipment, a raquetball court, and numerous adult fitness classes (ranging from Pilates to Zumba). The waitress only put the food out and cleared dishes, she refused to wait on the attendees. With a house tip of $92 she had her money. Who ever heard of a waitress who won't wait on people. The food was terrible, we ordered Mac and cheese, that's what it was macaroni with shredded not even melted cheese, baked beans like Bush's right out of the can. The vegetable platter was a plate, the cauliflower was all mold, the carrots so old they were white. When I told the commander he told the waitress the cook should have been notified, no apology no anything. The sandwiches were a joke, a thin slice of meat and cheese, absolutely nothing hanging over the roll. An attendee found a piece of plastic in the chicken salad sandwiches. The bill was $808 this garbage was not cheap. I have reached out to the commander who has ignored me. Run don't walk from this place until they know how to operate a food establishment!
