Usually it's not that bad but because I was doing this for a family member, it felt like my lack of knowledge and/or ability to get information was a sin. I won't lie, the printed labels from home were blurry while still scannable. A simple sorry for the inconvenience would have been great. Went to the Copy and Print Center and asked if they could coil a book made of loose pages. The book…read morecosts $70, btw. Specified that I wanted the book to open and lay flat. I never requested expedited service, just asked how long it would take and when could I pick it up. I was told "No worries, it'll be done in about an hour." I returned more than an hour later to find that my book wasn't done yet AND when handed the book, the coil was HUGE and the holes were completely messed up and misaligned. I was charged $7 and since it was only $7 I didn't argue but once I got in the car, I saw on my receipt that I was charged for expedited service!!! Extremely disappointed in the quality of work and the service.

We are a tax exempt business, so it's easier if I have to visit the store on the fly to go in get the item number I need and place and pay for it online. Foregoing the tax exempt certificate and having to carrying the business credit card. After placing the order online and paying I took the item to the cashier stand where the cashier threw a temper tantrum the likes of a three year old. You would think I had caused them so much trouble. I'm like "really?" here is the item all you have to do is print out the pickup slip. She walked away still going on and another cashier came over and said ignore her, printed out the paper and off I went. Why do you put up with that. I literally saved an employee from goin and getting the item blah, blah, blah. If only there was an alternative in town. I guess that's how you get away with it.
