We ultimately decided to go with Miracle Windows. It took several weeks to get the new windows installed (ordering, manufacturing, install), but we weren't in a hurry. They stayed in touch and kept us up to date with the status of the manufacturing process. During the install, it was noticed there was a defect in the vent latches on every one of the 12 windows we were replacing. The gentleman doing the install completed the job (with a few little messes here and there, but you can't expect your home to be cleaner than when they started, right?) and put me back in touch with the sales rep (Heartland Windows) for the KC area. The manufacturer gave us two options, cash for the mistake, or new windows. Our mentality was if you're paying someone that much money for a product, it should be done right. We opted for new windows. It took several weeks to get the issue resolved, but it was resolved! Again, we weren't in a hurry and trying to be unreasonable (not to mention this was during the holidays). Once the new windows arrived, I was contacted by Miracle to set up another install. The same crew came out and made the replacements, very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. This has been a several month ordeal since the original install back in November 2011, however, Miracle stuck through the process, stayed behind their product and were very helpful in correcting the problem to our satisfaction. While this is only one review and one experience, we have had our windows for 4 months now and have no complaints!

We had the Aeroseal service performed on our home with remarkable results. The process discovered…read more660 cfm of air leakage in our supply ductwork in our newly constructed home when pressurized at 25 pascals. This leakage was into the floor joists and into the attic vs. being circulated into the living area of our home. Since our rim joists are not sealed and neither is the attic, this leaked air most likely found its way outdoors. After the seal, this leakage was reduced to only 40 cfm! Mark also provided an audit of our HVAC airflow from our registers. After the seal was completed, the airflow at the registers during normal system operation had increased by 1,009 cfm. That was a real shock, representing more than 1/3 increase of our total HVAC air circulation! This will certainly have a positive impact on our utility bills and the comfort of our home. The team who performed the Aeroseal service were professional and it was obvious they had performed this many times (not their first rodeo!). They cleaned up after themselves in the mechanical room and taped the remaining exposed ductwork as an added measure of sealing. Very satisfied with the work and even more satisfied with the results the seal provided. Would never have imagined that a new home would have needed this until we experienced our high electric bills last summer and started looking for the cause.

The Lenexa company felt my location in Blue Springs Missouri was too far away to send someone to look at the job, was probably too inexpensive a job, and recommended I call someone local to my home. Of course the person who called said it was a busy season and it would be months before they could send someone to my location. So much for checking Yelp for a "good" gutter installer.

When they came to install the windows, they had ordered the wrong windows for the front of my house. They also wrapped the trim around my windows (as per the contract) but wrapped them in white but they were supposed to be blue. They had someone come out and paint the wrap blue and told me they order the correct windows and I would have them in 4 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks and no one has contacted me so I started trying to contact them this week. I call the number listed on the business and they appear to use a service so while the person answers as their business all they can do is take a message and send it over to the "office" I left a message on 8/10/21 and no response, called again today 8/14/21 since I have still not heard from anyone and asked to talk to someone in the office and the person said he could just take a message and send it over. I would never recommend this company to anyone as my experience with them has been horrible and now I cant even talk to anyone at the actual company.

I do remember, because I got a great job done on my roof ! Mike was the ONLY contractor I contacted that was ON TIME for our initial appointment. Mike was the only contractor that asked me about my home and the problems I was having. He walked my roof, located the problem areas, was honest about what would need to be done and gave me a decent price. He even offered suggestions as to the color, and I'm so glad I listened to him. His crew was on time everyday and cleaned up after themselves as well. Very courteous & professional. You just don't forget stuff like that. I would never hesitate to hire him again if my house or rentals ever needed anything. Great guy, great company.
