They did complete wrap around of stacked stone on our double sided fireplace going up 12 feet. They also hung 2 pictures in the stone and installed a wood mantle on one side. The crew showed up at 7:00 am everyday and worked straight through until 3:00 pm for 5 days finishing on Friday. They showed great pride in their work and cleaned up everything when they were done. Jason came by at the end of the job to check it out and had them fill in some gaps in the stone lines to make things look more realistic and it made a huge difference. They weren't the cheapest, but without a doubt one of the best. We will be using them again to redo the back splash. Thanks to Andrew, Taylor and Jason for the great job.

However we needed a pool rail installed and reached out him to see if he did that after seeing an advert for him. He said they did pool rails all the time so we discussed the fact that our number one need was for the rail to stay cool in the summer heat. We had found one make that claimed just that and discussed it with Jack. He claimed he had issues with that particular type and had a better, cheaper solution - a metal rail with a cool touch cover. Based on his recommendation that is what we opted for, and boy was that a big mistake. The rail was installed and now gets so hot, even with the so called cool touch cover on, that it is impossible to hold onto. So the rail does not meet our basic requirement. We have asked him to remove the rail and refund us our money, which he is refusing to do. His initial response was wait until the temperature cools down 20 or 30 degrees and then it will be ok! He is all about safety- but this railing is far from safe!
