A simple Google search will generate an AI response that is devastating. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Any claim that he is "working with us" is untrue. We waited 30 days for him to return to fix the work, and instead of scheduling a date he mocked us.

I don't understand how this level of follow-through is acceptable in a sales role, especially after the purchase has been made. If you're comfortable chasing down answers on your own, you may be fine -- but don't expect proactive or even basic post-sale communication.
