When I brought in the clock they said it would be 5 months due to surgery on Steve. He sold his interest in the company last November. Drove over several time, weren't open. Called before Christmas, was told the crystal was expected to arrive in two weeks. Left my name & phone number so I could be contacted to pick up the watch. Once again, tried calling - no voicemail, drove by - not open. Tried emailing a person who appears to be related to the clock maker! The people I met when I was there in the early Fall were very nice. At this time, I just need to retrieve the watch!!
