They have low payback rates and have great customer service too, you will always walk away not feeling cheated from here. This place has been there for me when I was down and gave me more than what my digital camera was worth one time too because they knew I would always be back when I needed money. If you need money this is THE best place to go in Maryville, you'll never feel judged and you'll always walk away with cash.

I've been in the store on multiple occasions where I'm either one of the few or only costumers there and ended up walking out because their whole staff (usually 3-4 employees) is sitting at the register chatting. Even after asking for help you will probably have to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to finish their conversation so they can come over and tell you that you don't know what u want or they don't have what you're asking for while you're looking right at it. I don't recommend buying anything from here especially guns, there are much better options in Maryville (like bills outpost) were they treat their costumers with respect and are happy to take time to answer questions and chat about their products.

    Disappointing Experience at the Alcoa, TN Walmart…read more I recently had a frustrating experience at the Alcoa, TN Walmart while trying to buy the new Flip and Sip Cirkul cup as a Mother's Day gift for my mom. I had purchased one for myself a few weeks earlier and wanted to get the same item for her. When I arrived, I checked the area where I had originally found the cup, but it was no longer there. I searched the main aisle with other Cirkul items, but there wasn't even a spot labeled for the Flip and Sip cups. I used the Walmart app, which directed me to a seasonal summer section--also incorrect. After struggling to find the product, I asked a worker who had no idea what I was talking about. I then found another employee who genuinely tried to help, but with all the confusion from the store remodel and clearly undertrained staff, he was just as lost. He reached out to a manager who told me they must be out of stock. I politely mentioned that the app showed over 11 of the color I wanted in stock, along with several others. The manager then said they must've pulled them and sent them back to the company because "11 isn't a lot." That made no sense--especially when there were only three of a different style still sitting on the shelf. He directed the employee to check the back room where items are staged for return, saying they were probably pulled that morning. When I mentioned that, as a Walmart+ member, I could still order the item for pickup, delivery, or shipping, he said it would likely be substituted or delayed. I told him I believed the item was still in the store, but he insisted they were definitely gone. Sure enough, after I finished shopping and went to check out, I spotted a display end cap with dozens of Flip and Sip Cirkul cups--in every color imaginable. The exact product they insisted wasn't in the store. I'm happy I was able to get the gift for my mom, but it was incredibly frustrating to waste over an hour searching because no one knew where things were or how to check properly. Even worse, I was misled--whether intentionally or not--which made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. I understand that remodels can create temporary confusion, and sometimes items truly are out of stock. But please, train your employees better and don't tell customers something is gone when it clearly isn't. It's frustrating, disrespectful, and wastes everyone's time.

    I brought my engagement ring in before a big trip outside the country to see if it needed to be…read moreresized smaller. The consultation I received was very very brief. As soon as I took my ring off she said oh yes that's too big if it came off that easily, it needs to be resized. There was no discussion of temperature or swelling affecting how my ring would fit. I was also pitched their insurance plan and quoted a price but turned it down. I looked it up online and their insurance plan requires an inspection every 6 months or the insurance is voided if an inspection is missed. This was not mentioned at all when she was trying to sell it to me. After just 4 days of wearing the ring it started to cause swelling and pain. This is a family heirloom piece and I'm very upset that I was swindled out of $80 for a resize on a ring that already fit perfectly. And now I have 10 days before leaving the country for my honeymoon and have to try to scramble to get it fixed. I have decided I will be taking my business to a local jeweler. I considered going in to try to get them to fix their mistake but after being treated like that, I don't want to risk bringing something so precious to me to people who don't have my trust. Also, this is my first ever review on yelp. I really didn't want to write this but I just really don't want someone else to experience what I went through.
