I was able to return the following day for part one of that deep cleaning without fear and trepidation. Tony was awesome and got the job done with no needles in my mouth and very little pain or discomfort. I sincerely appreciate how the staff accomodated me. After suffering from Lingual Nerve Damage over a decade ago, I was so deadset against any deep cleaning and hadn't allowed any dentist to even suggest it since. Dr Jones explained the way the rules and regulations trickle down and how insurance companies view procedures. He did so in simple language that I could understand and then suggested the topical anesthetic over a needle injection for the deep clean. I can't express how much that negated the fear in my mind. Dr. Herried expected me to wait that entire time with my symptoms, which are caused by a fibroid and norethindrone acetate without any interim help. Today, when I saw this new doctor (Dr. Sean Garcia) at Casa Grande, I explained that the norethindrone acetate is making me extremely moody, I lose my temper easily, and it's affecting my quality of life. Despite all of this, I was told just to keep taking the same medication and add ibuprofen -- no real help was offered. There are other medications to help that he could have offered but he just didn't want to prescribe it and told me to talk with Dr. Herried about it. I drove all the way there for nothing when they could have told me this over the phone when I initially called for help. I felt completely dismissed and unheard. I will be contacting the manager to ensure my insurance isn't charged for a visit where absolutely nothing was done to help me. At this point I will seek care elsewhere because there's no way I trust Dr. Herried or Dr. Garcia to do my hysterectomy.

The front office staff were so wonderful and patient about my insurance and having to reschedule my appointment twice. When I finally had my appointment I was a little nervous. Destiny who did my x-rays and cleaning was so nice and gentle. She understood that I was nervous and gave me positive words and reinforcement that I was doing well. This continued with Dr. Brooks as he listened tot my concerns and checked everything out! He said that I was doing well with brushing and flossing and that they will keep an eye on a couple of tight contact areas. This was such a big relief and I left with a smile on my face-they really made my day. I actually can't wait to come back in November!!

I have a regular dentist back home in Michigan. I just need a crown re-cemented. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and totally lacked empathy. She could have cared less. I could barely explain my needs because she had too many policies to spew out. Don't waste your time unless you want to become the property of Aspen Dental and give them exclusive rights to your dental care and insurance.

Dr. Wells refused to speak with me on the phone, and his office manager Angelica told me the only way they would pay for it was for me to travel back to Arizona. Worst customer service ever.
