We just had the carpet in our entire condo replaced with Carpet & Turf 4 Less. They were great to work with from start to finish! I found a flooring I really liked. Called the manufacturer to find out if I could purchase directly from them since they were somewhat local. They're wholesale only, but recommended Carpets 4 Less. It was a bit of a drive for me, but decided to go check them out. So glad I did! They carry the exact flooring I was looking for, less per sq foot than my local store but best of all, the customer service! I couldn't even get my local flooring store to answer simple questions! I dealt with Angelo. Super nice guy! The crew he sent out was great. They were in by 8:30 and out by 3! Pretty impressive considering it's my entire downstairs- about 1400 sq ft! They were polite, organized and you couldn't tell anyone had even been here when they left. No trash, scrap flooring, nothing except a beautiful new floor! I am so lucky that I found this place! My puppy tore up the carpet on my front stairs, making my entryway look quite shabby. There r 3 ppl came to my apartment change the carpet. I am trying to be nice to them and go buy lunch and water for them. After they done all the work, they asked for $100 from me to move the furnitures and I paid it. The worst part is after they left, I figured out few boxes of jewelry was stolen from those guys. At the beginning, I called the owner and being politely to see those ppl just put somewhere or it just got mistake to put it in trash. After that, I found that I am too nice to those ppl. I found a empty jewelry box in my apt's dumpster. And when I talk to the owner he keep saying he hired those guys for long time. Never stole stuff. And hang up on me! What a ass, before they start to install Carpet, I packed all the jewelry boxes in one bag. After it done, I found that bag was opened and few boxes was missing. Some of the jewelry is came from my parents l. It s more valuable and lots of meaning for me. Please don't use this god damn business. It s not worth of it. Mom needed a new carpet for her room. I stopped by Carpet4less and met with Andrew who was very nice and helpful. After a few color options we made a choice and went back to pay and schedule the install. Angelo and Francisco came out promptly at the scheduled time and did a great job installing it. Carpet 4 less did a pretty good job installing new luxury vinyl planks in my condo but they broke one of my doors during the installation and refused to take responsibility for the damage. The owner of the Carpet 4 Less said if I did not actually see his employee break the door, then they cannot take responsibility for the damage. Beware of using this company. They gave me a quote and I paid most of the money upfront. They arrived to work and decided they need to level the floor and asked for additional 600 dollars. After completing the work, I noticed they had left out one side of the wall without the mold. I called them to work on this as it was part of the initial agreement. They came out and charged me additional fee which I should have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges as they were posted without my authorization. I called the company several times and no one returned my call. I would never refer them to anyone. read more

I have now used them twice and found them to be really helpful and reasonably priced. I live in an apartment and have ugly tile that I have lived with for too long. I had them lay carpet on top of it (because I couldn't remove the tile).They were willing to help me with my situation and the carpet looks fantastic and it is well cut to size. It looks like fully installed carpet. I couldn't even find their seams where the carpet needed joined. They were awesome. Would definitely use them again for this type if situation. read more

A very good friend of ours recommended that we check out Carpet 4 Less and even drove us there. We had to replace a Laminent floor in our dining room as our ice maker to the fridge was leaking and warped the floor. Needless to say, we were not very happy with our current floor and hesitated at getting the same thing. Angelo showed us a new product that Armstrong came out with called Paradigm and we fell in love. Ended up doing the dining room and bathroom with this floor and couldn't be happier.
