I had Felikians install a dark, piano-finish laminate floor in most of my house, excluding the kitchen and bathrooms. I loved living with it because it added elegance to my small house. Then I rented out the house and the floors held up under three sets of tenants over 11 years. The tenants who stayed for nine years had two dogs (one after the other) and I saw no signs of damage on the floors from them. I have used Felikian's a couple times in the past. This current time may be my last time. I ordered carpet for my living room, hallway and staircase. The carpet was installed in the living room and hallway and it looked great, I was very happy. When I paid the installer he added 50% of the labor fee to do the staircase, which was not done yet. I foolishly paid the extra money trusting they would be back soon to do the staircase. I have reached out to the installer and the carpet store several times but I never get an update on when the staircase can be done. I understand that things happen, maybe the carpet for my staircase was lost, maybe doing staircases is difficult and they are putting it off. At this point I would be happy with a refund and not recarpet the staircase. I will update this if I can get this resolved. To update my review : I will change my 3 star review to a 5 star. Andre at Felikians was super quick to help me resolve my problem. I was given the refund I was looking for and will continue to keep the company in mind next time I am in need of flooring. read more

I understand why Felikian's has such wonderful reviews! I heard about them by ordering many carpet samples on the Kerastan/Mohawk website. When we decided on one, Greg was kind enough to come over to our condo to measure the space and answer any questions we had. We decided to go with them based on the impression, sample and reviews.. which we are so grateful for. We just got our carpet installed today (Kerastan Hazy Skies) and WOW... his team was so professional, clean, organized, and truly helped make our space so much prettier. While top of the line carpet is expensive, I think it's worth the value (as I also researched many brands and materials). Greg even told us that we have a 30 year warranty, which is amazing. These guys know their stuff. We were overwhelmed trying to imagine our whole house in this color or that. We walked in, told the guy what we thought (looking for a warm color, modern laminate that looks like wood but without knots, etc) and he went over to the samples, pulled one out, and it was perfect! Professional Services Above and Beyond! We highly recommend working with Edwin Kocharian, Senior Flooring Specialist, and Rodrigo Araujo, Installer, for your flooring projects. They are an incredibly responsive team who helped us in our very stressful situation. We recognized that the installation of our CoreTec Luxury Vinyl Plank was going poorly with the installer we hired. We met with Edwin asking for his help in bringing in a new installer and ordering additional supplies. Edwin responded with such profession concern and care that he called Rodrigo soon after we left the store. Rodrigo contacted us within an hour or so, and came over soon after to give us an estimate for labor costs and a list of what was needed to be ordered to complete the job. Listening to and understanding our particular situation, Rodrigo agreed to a next day installation that included his getting access to supplies needed that were not on site. He arrived with his crew at 7:30 a.m. the following day and installed all that could be done (~ 1200 sf) and returned next day to install and paint the baseboards. Incredible services! Felican's was honestly the most frustrating and unprofessional business I've ever delt with IN MY LIFE! They cancelled an appointment that they were paid $600 extra to move the furniture. I had a desk that came apart with two screws. Big glass desk. Fell apart by unscrewing two screws. Big burley men. Just said they refused to move the desk because it was too bulky. And guess where my furniture was? In the hallway of my apartment building. And guess how old I was? Seventy-three years old. I had to move it all back and move it again the next day. Oh, and it was discontinued carpet -- and they didn't do one room and I couldn't get it carpeted -- even if I paid for it because there was no more carpet. I got it done, though. Long story. Altogether? Forty days. This is my carpet now. Need I say more? read more

They are very disappointing and not easy to work with. They are not customer service oriented. They went back on their word. They said they would replace our flooring after inspecting the lifted floor they placed. Their initial direction was that the floor could be placed directly over removed tiles on an in house concrete floor without floating the floor or a moisture barrier. Now here we are 2+ years later and we have to replace the entire downstairs flooring. We will not be using them ever again. They are untrustworthy. read more

We heard about Felikian's from a family friend, who purchased premium French oak flooring from this vendor over a decade ago. We loved their flooring so much we ended up purchasing engineered hardwood from them. What sets Felikian's apart is the wide selection of products, ranging from affordable to premium labels. There are plenty of European sourced hardwood as well as those made in the U.S.A. No other local vendors come close in terms of selection. Andre, the store manager, is phenomenal. He let us roam on our own for most of the time, and checked in with us to see if we needed help. He also lend a few samples to take home to match with our home palette. In addition to the flooring, we also purchased tubs of glue from Felikian's. The engineered hardwoods were shipped from Georgia to their warehouse. Our installers picked up the products from the warehouse. Felikian's does not install the products. However, they do maintain a curated list of installers if you ask for one. We asked Andre for two companies and we were satisfied with the final product and installation. We found it easy to work with Felikian's. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is superb. We would go back to Felikian's again for our future flooring needs because we trust them. read more
