Great work! Christy called to confirm appointment the day before and remind me of the arrival window. Only two things were not communicated well between us. The total price was about $35 more than we initially thought and the drying time took longer than anticipated which was not ideal for putting furniture back in the evening. Absolutely the rudest person I've ever worked with. From the minute Chris knocked on the door he had a chip on his shoulder. I'm at the end of a complete house remodel and Ive had plenty of workers in & out of my house for other two months, this company has been the only issue. Not only did they have a piss poor attitude, they also did a shitty job. The middle of the tile looks amazing but the edges arent done and they left pools of water on the new tile that they werent supposed to touch. The first time was 2 years ago and they did a great job, but this time my carpets were really dirty. The high traffic areas were extremely bad. The carpets in the house I rent a room in were very dirty and in need of some serious cleaning. My roomate who owns the home has young kids and he hadn't stayed on top of keeping his rugs clean. It's light tan carpet, the WORST color for little kids to trash. There were areas that were literally dark grey/almost black in some places. It had been years since they had been cleaned. I was skeptical that anyone could revive them. CCC brought these nasty rugs back from the dead!! I was amazed at how clean they got. I was ready to see residual stains as they were so bad, but these rugs look and feel almost new now!! I highly recommend these guys. Chris and his helper were friendly, fast and professional. He told me how best to get the rugs to dry afterwards. I followed up with them a couple days later with a question about something and Christy was very helpful.
