I reached out to Marc via text and he was quick to respond. I sent him pictures of the carpet/tile at my rental and he was able to give me a quote over text. I just had the cabinets replaced due to water damage and was concerned about the tile cleaning machine damaging the new toe kicks. He explained his process and assured to take care around that area and the other baseboards. He communicated well about arrival time and sent me updated photos and videos during the cleaning process, which I really appreciated. He is a bit more expensive per square feet on the tile cleaning, which hurt a little since I had over 700sf of tile, but he does take pride in the job he does and is very honest and upfront about cost as well as how much improvement he can give you depending on the condition of the carpet/tile. He also make his own vegan soaps and provided me a sample. If you're in to that stuff, hit him up. I like to support local businesses and I'd use him again for tile cleaning. read more

I rarely leave reviews for a business unless they really deserve it. So let me tell you first about my experience with Stanley steamers prior to contacting Marc. On Stanley steamers website it clearly shows their demonstration process of how they clean tile and grout. So the video is about a minute and half showing a technician with a circular motion machine cleaning the tile. Also I asked the representative over the phone about the process I saw on their website . They clearly said this would be the process . So I set the appointment up and they gave us a demonstration prior to the work on the same day the appointment was made after ofcourse all our furniture was moved out to the backyard .When the technician demonstrated their process 10 minutes before they were supposed to start . They brought 2 guys with a steamer and two brushes . When I asked where is the machine that cleans the tile . Their answer was this is the old method. When I started to tell them that this is not what shows on the their website. The technician was quick to answer and said that both of their machines were down . So there we were , furniture all in the backyard ; it's about 1 pm. And my wife and I were appalled by their technicians quick answers and informed them that this would not be about a $1000 worth of work . So I told them we won't be moving forward with their service. So I started searching for someone else to come out . Every single company I called was not available until the next day. When I contacted Marc and informed him about the situation. He stated to me that was kind of late to get such a big job done . But once I let him know the situation that occurred and our furniture was in the back yard . He said I will be right over around 6pm. Marc notified us when he will be coming and he was actually showed up about 15 minutes prior to 6pm. Upon arrival . Marc was very friendly and cracked a couple of jokes to break the ice as he saw we were appalled of what just happened . Marc as promised came and got the work done within three hours and he had the machines that properly clean tile and grout. Marc you are a man of your word sir and your work is even better . Did a good job on my kitchen floor tile, but didn't do a good job at all on my small bathroom tile floor' Around the edges did not get very clean, and is noticeably dirtier the the center of the tile floor. Also had him clean 2 large areas of carpeting, and they did nothing to treat the few spots that were around. For a $500 dollar job you would think you'd get a high quality job. Selling my house and I was in a jam - tile and grout were filthy, open house is this weekend and I was running short on time and rehab funds. I was lucky that Marc had a window in his schedule and was able to come within a couple hours of calling him. He cleaned all the tile and grout downstairs, and a bathroom and laundry room upstairs and the price was very reasonable. To be honest I probably would've been happy to pay double, because the quality of work and the speed was simply amazing. I cannot believe how good the floors look, They are 17 years old and I have a few leftover boxes of tile from the original install and I opened up a box and the floors look like the brand new tiles in the box.
