This company does an excellent job. I've used them in our home and also our rental. The scheduling process is extremely easy. Nacho did the cleaning at both locations and he is very attention oriented. The owner Pat is very accommodating with trying to get a time that works best for you. Nacho the technician came within the timeframe and was very pleasant and cordial. I spoke with Pat a few days earlier to make the appointment and he was able to give me the appointment that I needed and he was very nice on the phone. I haven't had my carpet cleaned in a while but I remember the carpets always felt very wet. Nacho did lots of prep work before he began and I was impressed! He put guards up to protect the corners and used some kind of polisher and treated spots before he started steam cleaning. He was a one-man team and worked very hard.
