We don’t typically clean showers. These are a very different process than floor tile cleaning. I recommend Parr’s deep cleaning in Fullerton for showers. Jeremy is amazing at this specialty service

Do you service lake arrowhead?

Due to the distance and large number of inaccessible homes due to very steep driveways, we do not service lake arrowhead

Do you clean large area rugs? 8x10 and 5x7

Yes. There are many variables though. Sometimes we are able to clean them on site. It really depends on the type of fiber the rug is made out of and the condition of it.

Do you service West Covina?

Sometimes. We are in Rancho Cucamonga. We have a handful of customers there but are not out that way everyday.

I hired Mitchell's Stone Restoration and Cleaning Service to clean and restore my travertine…read morefloors, granite counter tops and shower walls and floor. This was a one man job with George, the owner , doing all the work. I am very dissatisfied with his service. First of all, the several holes in my stone floors were to be filled with epoxy resin, as stated in the signed contract. Instead he filled them with grout, a much easier and less permanent fix. When I called him out on this, he then refilled the larger holes with the epoxy resin. Next, my counter tops were over sealed and now it shows a film over them which I can't seem to get rid of and my wife hates it. Finally, the shower floor was stripped cleaned and resealed. The seal lasted about three weeks then started to wear off. Every time the shower was used soaked wet spots started to appear in the grout, increasing with each shower. George came back and re-sealed it twice but each time after a couple weeks the sealer started wearing off. I have tried vigorously to contact George Mitchell numerous times over the last month but he will not answer my text, emails or voice messages. It seems he has no interest in finishing the job. This job has been paid in full but not finished. It appears he offers no warranty for his incompetency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mitchell's Stone Restoration and Cleaning Service.

When I called the manager her name is Rosa, she had a bit of an attitude cause I was an upset customer. As I should be... she told me I had to wait 30-days to put in a claim. So who knows if my pants are ever going to be found. She claimed I only took one pant to get hemmed however, the ticket shows (copy original on waist and length). And she was very hesitant to try and help me and kept insisting that there was only one piece so my answer to that was (how can you copy an original on length and waist size if there is nothing attached?) it clearly says, copy original. If you are planning to come here, make sure people are doing their job properly because it seams like they are careless. For one, the guy at the front desk really should have put two pants. He should have been more detailed but it seams like he was in a rush. If you guys don't want your clothes lost, I suggest not to come here. This post will not come down unless this is resolved. I basically have to wait until August 27th to know if they are going to reimburse me or even return my pants. I asked her if she could check her video camera and that she would check. Let's see if this is also true. I will post any updated information as it becomes available.

A few years ago I had a demanding property manager order a short term rental unit cleaned immediately. The unit was in Rancho Cucamonga and I'm in Irvine at the time. Did I mention it's a Friday afternoon? I hit up everybody that popped up on Search engines. Nobody wanted to take the job. I ended up being told to call some guy ion his cell named Mikey. Ends up Mikey is the owner of QUIKDRY. He happily did the job immediately. The following day the property manager called me up and explained the carpet wasn't cleaned and that there is hair all over the carpet. Mikey snd a tech went back, cleaned it again at no charge! The crew made a video of Mikey who is no small man rolling around ion carpet , then stands up and spins around showing zero pet hair clinging to his clothing. I sent it to a couple of the other girls in their office and to the manager. The perfect way to show that it WAS done and that lit was done yet again with a smile. It was hilarious! Mike from QuikDry came out to our house the other day, and I am pleased to post a recommendation for him. I am a very skeptical and picky person, so when I say that Mike (the owner) did an incredible job with our carpets it's not an exaggeration. Our carpet is upgraded so I was concerned about burning, discoloration and over saturation but there was none of that. Our carpets & stairs look like brand new again and they dried completely within about 5 hours. We've had other national brands clean our carpet but they do not hold a candle to QuikDry. For many years Mike has been my "go to guy" anytime I had pet emergencies or just a regular cleaning. With his commom sense approach to carpet cleaning, he has restored my carpet to a brand new look when I thought my carpet was ruined. I've had everything hit my carpet from my grandkid's vomit, paint, wine and unfortunately when my dogs were old and had their accidents, Mike would make an emergency visit to my house, and to my relief magically made it look like nothing was ever there. If the spots didn't come out he would come back and treat it and poof! they disappeared. No carpet is a lost cause as long as you have Mike come out and do his magic. He said he had been using them for years, so we thought we would give them a try, as a quality carpet cleaning company is hard to find. I placed a call to them and Mike (owner) gave me an estimate on the phone and we scheduled the appointment. He follows up with you when he's going to arrive and his price was very reasonable. I contacted quikdry and mike was able to accommodate me on short notice ( the other company I originally called didn't bother to show up!). I was pleasantly surprised to receive the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Mike and his son were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. When I saw the van pull up, I was extremely impressed. Mike has clearly invested heavily in his equipment, it's not like any others I have ever hired. Not once was there ever an attempt to charge me for spots or high traffic areas. Mike and now his son Nick have been servicing our carpet for over to years. They are able to accommodate our schedule, are in and out in an hour or so and are always professional and thorough. They have the most powerful and modern equipment that leaves the carpet like new and dry within a couple of hours. They are readily available to attach problems and provide the right solution - such as when our grandchild dropped a mysterious red substance on our white berber carpet. Mike is fantastic! The home we are renting has 20+ year old carpet which hadn't had a cleaning in probably just as long and the previous owner was a chainsmoker. Mike pulled up with his big green van and took care of business! His pricing is more than reasonable and his work is beyond superb.
