The first plumber came out and said he didn't have a snake or a camera for a 2" pipe but was sure it had collapsed and quoted me $28k! The second plumber did the same but quoted us $15k. Third plumber ran a snake and said he pulled out mud and rust so the pipe was for sure collapsed and quoted us $25k. The fourth didn't look at anything but still quoted us $33k!! I finally reached out to Nicci and Joe and asked if the "knew a guy" (that's the corny person I am ). They sent out their plumber the very next day. He was at our house for hours working on the CLOG! No collapsed pipe, no mud, no rust!! It was a very bad clog. We washed clothes that night and the drain backed up again. Not only did the plumber give my husband his personal number for him to call but him and Rey were out here the very next morning. They worked all day and were able to completely clear the clog. Rey was very communicative and explained everything to my husband over the phone through the entire day. No matter what our home needs we will always take the guy that this company knows. If you're looking for an honest caring company these are your people. We saved over $30k by going with them!

United Water Restoration came to my house on 1/12/22 and gave me a quote to clean all of my vents, took a deposit for half, then called me the next day to say they didn't quote me the correct price and it would be more than double what they originally quoted. I told them I was not longer interested and asked for a refund, which they agreed to provide. I've called them three times since then because they still have not refunded my money.

So everything they said about sending someone else out to clean, them trying to make this right, them acknowledging that the cleaner stole supplies from the property and caused more damage is just ignored. Original Review: I just finished moving out of my old place and wanted some help for my move out cleaning. I texted the number on their website and had someone respond quickly. They were very friendly, gave me info about their company, what all would be done and the price. The price was fair and I booked. They even worked with me moving my cleaning date due to the landlord doing some last minute repairs to the property. This is where the positives end. The day of my cleaning the assigned maid arrived. She did not wear a mask and I had to do my best to keep social distance from her. I walked her through the property and she called her manager to get the pricing for the home. I was expecting a two person team but they sent one person. She said because the house had a small patio room that it would be extra and I agreed. I paid the full amount via venmo and left. The next day my landlord called me and asked if the house had been cleaned? He said if it had I need to request my money back. The tub and sink were terrible. The oven was barely touched. The maid used all of the landlords paper towels he had there for a project, took cleaning supplies and also threw away the bathroom vent cover. That is a piece of the unit and should be cleaned and put back up, not thrown away. I contacted the company and provided photos. They apologized and said they would get with the landlord to get this fixed ASAP. They would send someone else out to get the property cleaned. I am in jeopardy of not getting my deposit back due to them. The landlord spoke to someone named George about this and he said he needed to escalate the issue. It has been a week and no one has reached out to the landlord to make this right. The company also gave the maid my cell phone number and she personally texted me telling me how she did not agree with what I said, why she did not wear a mask, and why she decided to use the paper towels at the home. She brought her own supplies and used supplies at the home without permission. This has made my life so much more complicated. I hired them to make my move out easy but it has now severely complicated it and now it has been dragged out. The company needs to honor their word and make this right ASAP. Get someone out to the property ASAP to clean properly, replace the items and supplies taken by the maid and communicate like they agreed to. Save yourself some time, heart ache and stress and go with another company. This is not worth it at all especially how they allowed all of this to transpire and how they have handled this whole situation.
