Arrived promptly at the time he specified he would be here. Daniel outlined the cleaning process, including expectations afterward, with regard to drying. He met all expectations. I did not feel that I was being over-charged. The price seemed fair and reasonable. He worked diligently and was conscientious. We were disappointed that the smell on the carpet in the area we had asked him to thoroughly clean came back a couple days later. We had paid extra for him to ensure the smell was removed. His solutions offered over the phone subsequently all included additional costs.
