I dropped off my large rug to be cleaned late November and was quoted a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called multiple times to get a status update, each time they did not have a status update for me. Then 10 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail with my charge, apparently my rug was ready?? I go pick up the rug and their credit card machine was down, so I left my information with them. I then receive another bill 5 days later saying there is a 30 day late charge and they automatically bill an extra $30 without telling me. On top of everything, and they lost my rug pad and did not claim any responsibility for it! Will be finding somewhere else to go in the future. The rug itself came back clean with all stains removed.

I know what good equipment and service looks like. Portable units are trash, and don't come close to the superior suction of a truck-mounted unit, nor can they generate the heat (approx. 180 degrees Fahrenheit) that is needed to properly steam clean carpets. Steve Brown, owner, demonstrated flexibility by scheduling a same day carpet cleaning appointment for me. He was punctual and did an outstanding job on my berber carpeted stairs. The ability to suction up the excess water, so that you're not left with over-saturated carpet and padding is an art that takes time and experience. Mr. Brown rose to the occasion. This was my first experience with the Company, and the beginning of a long-term customer relationship. I enthusiastically recommend Photo Finish Janitorial. He arrived at 218pm and called me. I was running late and let him know that I would be late but he told me there would be a $50 late charge fee even though I clearly could have chosen a later time. He offered me a refund of the $50 if I "rebooked" with him but if that is the level of customer service before you have completed the carpet cleaning then I am not interested in finding out what your level of service is after the cleaning.
