This was at great financial loss to him since he did not bill us for anything when tearing up and replacing a sizable amount of wood flooring. If you think, well he should do that because the floor was defective, think again. Most companies would have some kind of charge back to you. Tom took care of moving all our furniture, adjusting things that needed to be adjusted to compensate for the new floor and his installer Alex did a beautiful job and was so neat and polite and quiet. It is rare in today's environment to find a business owner that truly knows the meaning of customer service. Everyone there was a great help in explaining why one tile may be better than another. Did you know they have great quality shower doors 5/8th thick! BTW: they stored my tiles for over a month until my GC was ready for them, and told me not to worry if I needed them to be stored longer. Delivery was great & easy. The tiles came divided in the truck and my workers were assisted by Anthony King my delivery professional whowas incredible & very helpful. I highly recommend them as they were extremely accommodating. I went to 3 other tiles stores before finding them, I found them through the manufacturer of Porcemall tiles who was also helpful.

They care and know…read moreabout what they're selling and that their customers are happy with the products and the service. They have a huge range of rugs in varying sizes and price ranges. There was no push to get something more expensive. They gave us lots of samples to take home and see how they looked (take advantage of this-can't believe how different things looked in situ compared to in the showroom). We went twice without buying anything and once we'd decided they ordered a rug for us in a specific color and size. It arrived in the time range we were given and the delivery went without a hitch. I'll definitely go back and recommend them. We even got a hand-written note from Rod thanking us for our purchase. As far as logistics go, it's on Federal, easy to find with plenty of parking.
